I placed an order online, anticipating a convenient stop on the way home. The store shorted me 12 wings. When I called to report the problem, the gal was dismissive and said to come back and theyd make the missing 12. I have a 15-20 drive to that location - totally not convenient. Picking up the missing wings, the crew was again pretty unconcerned, offering a weak "sorry, well make the missing wings now". They threw in a whopping 4 extra wings. I ordered 36 originally, so by the time I finally got home with the missing wings, the original 24 were cold and became dried out due to needing to be reheated. Thanks, guys. Never doing business with you again or recommending you to anyone.

Made an order online and went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Apparently, the order never got placed so they had to start all over. They were very apologetic and took all responsibility. Alot more than other restaurants when mistakes are done. I didnt complain or make a big issue about it when they told me and was totally cool about it. However, they still added a few things to my order at no charge and gave me a credit for a meal during my next visit, which I will be using later in the week. Staff was very honest and grateful for my business. Awesome.

Terrible location. I stopped coming here a while ago because every time I did my order was WRONG! Decided to stop here last night before closing for an order of wings well done. Got home and my wings were not crispy, they looked naked or baked. From now I will continue to go to the WingStop down on 48th Street and Baseline. As much as their wings are you would think your order would be correct the first time. I will be heading back to this location at opening with all the wings I ordered last night for a refund. Never again....

I ordered my wings well done. Not only were they cooked regular. They were lemon pepper and they had some other sauce inside the container. When I asked what it was the Manager RAY said just sauce. Very unhappy with the service and how the Manager handled the situation. He did nothing to try and fix the situation. Stating the wings are not well because they used new grease. Will never go back

POOR customer service. Went in today to get 6 piece and the wings looked like they barely had sauce on them and just thrown in the damn container without the lil wing stop sheet inside. Not only that, the manager shorted me money and had an attitude about it when I went to pick it up. Wouldnt recommend. 48th st and baseline wing stop is SO much better!! I know its a long drive but worth it.

I first attempted to call in my order and I was on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up. We get there and it wasnt busy at all. So we order 8 wings.... again 8 wings. After 40 minutes of waiting because the manager couldnt give us an approximate time we got our money back. No apology at all whatsoever. The manager was absolutely careless and definitely needs a new job.

Phenomenal experience best customer service Ive had in a while, served by Ashley. Friendly and courteous went out of her way to make sure our experience was the best. Proactive with her job duties during her downtime she was socializing with customers and asking if we needed refills. I would definitely recommend going back for the great customer service.

Just tried to order boneless wings: their special today at 60 cents each. It took nearly 10 minutes to place an order for pickup! Person on their end sounded like the dumbest person alive. Unbelievable. Im praying our food order isnt all jacked up. I was tempted to speak with the manager but my guess is, shes the manager. Pathetic!

Guy at the register dodnt know how to run my credit card. He told me I didnt have sufficient funds. Went to Smash Burger across the street and my card was good there. (I think the guy put the decimal in the wrong place and was trying to charge me 1,149.00 instead of 11.49. Didnt eat there.

Great wings! Cooked fresh to order and ready within 15 minutes. Tried several flavors and I like Louisiana Rub the best. Potato salad is also good. I might give 5 stars when they have beer on tap. This location doesnt have their liquor license yet.

This was my first Wingstop experience, stopped in for a work lunch and tried two varieties of wings, both were wonderful. If you are trying for a fast food stop keep in mind the wings take a little bit of time to make.
