I live right around the corner and have been a repeat customer for a while now. I have to say though, this is the most mediocre and poorly run Arctic Circles that Ive ever seen. They overcook their fries, they almost always forget fry sauce and half of the time the fries are put into the bag upside down making a mess of everything. For some reason whenever you get their standard burger it looks as if theyve stepped on it and then kicked it across the kitchen, EVERY TIME. And far be it from their employees to learn how to write what the burger has on it in the supplied check box on the bag. I understand that with fast food you give a little slack but this business is consistently disappointing. There is absolutely no standard of quality and I really dont think that Ill make the mistake of going back. All you can hope for is that they read the comments that people post here and learn. It doesnt seem like they do though. Read the heap of negative comments and then steer clear of this establishment.

I dont usually write reviews online, but I felt that these guys deserved one. This was easily and notably the best experience Ive had at a fast food place. The staff was very friendly, very kind, and courteous. When I was ordering the person helping me grabbed a sheet of coupons to save me some money. Then they brought our food to our table, checked on us to see if everything was satisfactory, and even came over and offered us little courtesy ice cream cones as we were finishing up our meal. As far as the food goes, I was surprised to see how much you get in a simple burger. Even in the kids meal. Very pleased with their service today.

Manager deserves more credit. Ive been going here fairly consistently and theyre always working hard and making good food. Especially their shakes. Heard about her having a hard time with her life. Shes always nice, staff are as well. If she leaves, I hope she finds an easier time supporting her and her family. Or she should get a substantial raise. She deserves it.

Ive worked here for almost 3 years. I can honestly say that most of us try our hardest to make sure the guest (what we call customers) is happy. Service is always a number one goal here, although sometimes we stumble, but we always try to make it up to someone. BananaChocolateChunk shake is still the best.

Took my Dad there for his birthday lunch (his choice), and we loved it! The food was hot and fresh, I had their Gyro w/fries, and it tasted very good. Not only that but the establishment was spotlessly clean, and the staff polite and quick in their service.

Surprisingly new building. Has classic play area for kids. Access is easy from three lane street. ( watch the construction before 4:30pm ) . Quick & accurate service. Helpful staff. Accepts Entertainment coupons too. Dining room was clean.

Just your regular Artic Circle. This location is always clean and the staff is really friendly and attentive. Good food for a decent price especially since there arent a lot of options without going over to the freeway area a few blocks away.

I dont go to any Artic Circle with high expectations. This was by far the most grungy facility Ive been to. The bathroom was horrible, everything else was sticky and greasy. Well pick a different location for our next visit.

Clean, and fast service. The facility is rather sterile, and cheap looking. Only time I have seen it dirty is after the lunch rush. Instead of toys this location hand out treats. One of the better places for shakes.
