I have been going to this particular KFC for over a year on a reguar basis. ( like 3x a week) and it is horrible. First....the turnover rate of employees is crazy. Always gettin a new trainee. Second.....you wait forever. Third.... For a place that specializes in one thing, Chicken, they are always running out. Thats just poor timing and organization skills.Fourth....I just learned this today because I noticed a week ago the tenders tasted fuuny..like crap...come to find out...there now pre-frozen and shipped there. Lastly, they are constantly. Closing like 20 min early and one time caught them locking up a 930?...10pm. means 10pm....Today they had no wings, no thighs, none of that mixed mashed and chicken bowls. How is that possible...,Im done with it...never go back again...Ill go to Chick Fila instead....Joe

Was in the store tonight. It has been some time since I visited. I was impressed with the customer service. Joseph helped me at the counter while Ashleigh was running ragged filling orders. They both managed to keep me engaged despite the busyness, and kept to their tasks while doing so. I have a small business, customer service is super important to me. This team nailed it. Our meal was consistent as usual.

Food is usually good. Accuracy can be hit or miss - always check your bag to make sure you got what you ordered! The biggest complaint, though, is that about 75% the times we try to eat here they are out of something. No chicken strips, no wedges, no pies. And often out of more than one thing that we need. Thats lost revenue. If we cant order what we want we just leave and eat elsewhere.

This location has seen better and surely has seen worse. Seems like they are attempting to get back an order within the store. Cleanliness has gotten way better in recent visits. Even as important, staff seems happier more engaging. As a small business owner corporations seem so robot like, but they are trying to makebit not as the stereotype. Keep up the great work ladies and gentleman

Look i can understand that it was nivht time and they where. Closeing up.but it kust look thet 10 people there and.rhey didnt knkw what they where doing.i yired to wait as goodd as i could but they where very rude there was no team there and i felt ither got there order before me

Small hole in the wall KFC nothing special. Stop there usually Pleasant however, last couple of times I was there they were out of chicken I dont know how you run out of chicken at a chicken place. But other than that you feel like some chicken stop by.

Wtf.,. how does KFC run out of mashed potatoes???? Seriously? Taco bell is out of stuff as well, sign says sold out til Sunday... How can you offer a meal dal with mashed and not have any, and not offer a discount.. Wont be back.

ill supervised ,trashy , poorly managed .the workers look like they dont wash there hands,, saw one of the workers grabbing chicken with his bare hands. will not go to this location again. avoid at all cost!!! YUCK!!!!!!

I went this KFC today to buy some wings. When I came home and opened the box, I found that wings were too small and it just had bones.This place is overly pricey. I dont recommend this KFC to anyone, dont go there!!!

The female manager with the glasses has a good personality and is helpful when placing an order. I go here after the gym to get the grilled chicken but sometimes I go extra crispy...its good. :)

I go to the Nashua KFC for my lunch some days when Im working, the last 2 weeks they arent even open by 1130 am! Its like they just open whenever they feel like it

Really small. No tables or chairs. Just a counter and a line to wait. Not necessarily clean when you look at it, but its a KFC. Rare thing around here.
