This is the worst In N Out location Ive been to. The staff is extremely rude, and they do not do their job right. I came here with my brother around 10:30 PM I ordered a Veggie Burger with pickles, extra spread, and he ordered a protein style burger. The burger that I got was bread, pickles, and spread sauce, which is not what I ordered. My brother got his protein style burger, but it was in horrible quality, everything looked like it was carelessly tossed in. The staff did not even greet us, didnt even smile to our face, and we were being super nice. They give us back our recipe, card, and order, and didnt say have a good day or anything. This location DOES NOT represent the In N Outs values, and quality.

First of all, I love in-n-out burger. Being from the Pacific Northwest, I can never get enough of it when Im in town. I have never reviewed an in-n-out restaurant before though. The management and staff at this place were absolutely outstanding and calm under pressure. There was an incident at the chilis nearby that caused them to lockdown the restaurant and alert the police, but they remained calm during the whole thing. The manager reassured customers, went about his business, and managed like a true professional. Thanks in-n-out staff!!!

This was what we chose to eat before heading out of town. The drive-thru lane was very long, but went by very quickly. They also had someone outside taking orders to speed up the process. He was very pleasant and thorough. The girls were very friendly, and let us know what was going on with our order, and why it was taking long. We received our order, and everything was correct. Napkins, straws, ketchup, and lap mats. Very thorough! The food was nice and hot. They met our expectations. Great location! They are awesome!!

Very friendly and comfortable lively place everything is clean including the bathroom family oriented and even has handicap accessible seatings and not to mention the courtesy the employees all show I would recommend this place to everyone and awesome food the soda machine is kept clean like I said earlier everything is clean here busy place but very fast pase waiting time so dont miss out on the great food and awesome experience fast food the way its meant to be

Always a fantastic experience. The kids working here are always so friendly and smiling. Great environment to be in. This location is great at getting the rush through at all rush hour times both drive through and inside. I prefer to go inside all the time because of the fact I usually am behind the one car with a full compartment and 4-5 orders which I cant handle so its less stressful to just go in and wait inside for me. Hands down love this location!

Fresh ingredients -- never frozen! Fresh burgers -- made-to-order! Fresh fries -- made from real potatoes! Excellent service! Excellent staff! Excellent atmosphere! So, whats not to like?? Even if you are not from Southern California, you will enjoy the best bang for your burger buck at In-N-Out, because "thats what a hamburger is all about."

To me this is just another fast food joint, decent food but dont come here expecting a great burger, most people giving 5 stars are comparing to other fast food and probably eat fast food on a daily, but this is by no measure in comparison to many great burger joints in the valley.

Pretty good food, however the lack of bacon on the menu is an egregious mistake too horrible to allow for a rating any higher two stars. I am also somewhat certain that not having bacon is some sort of health code violation, and should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Should be called In N Out slowly cooked but the slogan below should say In N Out Fast Out Ur Arse cause these greasy burgers come flying out of your you know what I like the place but damn are you slow in comparison to other locations.

The In and Out Burger franchise has excellent food a limited menu and usually very quick. I waited 40 minutes and had to reorder 2 times to get 2 double doubles and a milkshake. remember they have a very limited menu 40 minutes

Always a yummy spot to stop at! Even when the lines are crazy long, you are "in and out" very quickly, with delicious food in tow. Open late and also serves shakes! Not a fan of the tiny fries, but hey, you cant win em all.

I LOVE their Protein Burger (no bun) and their fries are yummy and not greasy. Their employees are trained well and are very accommodating for any special requests. Always a good experience when we go there!

Another raw pink burger??? Why cant they fix this problem??? They need more employees. The wait is still WAY TOO LONG. Management please hire extra employees so everything goes a lot smoother and faster!!!

Overall good experience. Personally I believe Culvers or 5Guys gives you more for the money. Clean facility, friendly staff. I would probably return if I was in the area

Very good food. However the drive thru was kind of small. It wasnt easy to get my truck through, and the parking lot is very confusing if you havent been there before.
