Asked for a delivery (ordered the previous night).. it never arrived. Driver claims he tried to ask for directions (why? I gave him the address, he should have put it in his GPS to find it), but the person it was going to be delivered to said he was completely rude. She had received another delivery just minutes before his call, so she said she had a delivery already. DRIVER should have clarified that he was with PIZZA HUT delivering her PIZZA, from a number that was not her (I left my phone number as well). When I called the store to find out what happened, he claimed to have let her know politely, etc..... why would a customer lie about a delivery? She was trying to help him with directions (which was nice of her since he already had the address), but he took it back to the store. So at the end of the day.. NO delivery happened & the customer was not treated politely.

I placed an order for a delivery to a customer and my credit card was charged. The order was to be delivered the following day. When the order was delivered, I was in a meeting and missed 3 calls from Pizza Hut and my customer of whom the pizza was being delivered to. Messages were left informing me that my credit card was denied! Much to my embarrassment, my customer and the delivery person and I, were on speaker phone and I told the driver to cancel it. My customer went ahead and paid CASH for it. I called the store that evening and tried to explain what I thought was an error on their part because it had been paid for the previous day. I received absolutely NO help or reasonable explanation, nor was I offered any apology. I ended up calling Corporate offices to report this. I for one was not impressed.

TERRRRIIIBBLLEE customer service i called and i had to wait 50 mins to talk to someone and whats worse is that they take so long i had to wait 80 mins for my pizza, and usually when i call to check/change my order i get a fax machine just terrible hate this place, and im not the only one who does. honestly prefer dominos over this goodbye pizza hut

Terrible called got the Corp call center to place order got order half the chicken was overcooked and cold tried to call back the store but got the call center again after being transferred to the store kept on getting the call center after an half hour finally got store and a fresh order but to late Dominoes!

They need to just close this place. They never answer. I order pizza and its always late. Right now my pizza is 46 minutes late and once again, no one is answering the phone. Last time I order from them. Plus side Papa Johns just opened on Belknap and they deliver.

The delivery was timely but the man delivering the pizza brought me the wrong soda. The delivery man said he would bring me the correct soda the next time he was in the area. The wings that I ordered were not good at all and I would not recommend them.

Store manager was very immature about a complication with my order. He was not helpful at all. If the manager handles business that way, then I wonder what sort of people work there. Not happy at all. I hope he falls in a never ending pit of fire.

What a joke this place is, they just cant ever seem to get my order right, I have given this location in Haltom City three chances but now i will order from a Pizza Hut farther away, this place just needs to be closed ASAP!!

My go-to delivery pizza place! These guys are awesome (and this comes from a guy who worked for a pizza chain for years). Courteous drivers, fast delivery, and a flawless online system. Cant recommend them enough!!

Pizza was 45$ they would not take a fifty by time we got change and came back to the window we had to honk to get some help and by time we ate pizza was no good. I giess its on to Domino

I order online and the pizza is delivered in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the drivers do not bring any cheese with them unless you request it, which you cant do online.

Pizza was later than it was supposed to be. It was cold. Had almost no sauce on it. They brought us another pizza free that was hot but not good and still no sauce.
