I am so disappointed. I have been going to this place for around 7 years. Yes the lines could be long. You learn to call ahead. But today was so disappointing. I dont know if they changed owners but the service was awful an the food was mediocre. If you are going to be manning the registers learn your menu. I should not have to explain what your menu item is to you. It took my friend 3 tries to get his order right. Our fries were cold. It took forever to get an order taken. God help her is they got a regular lunch rush. But unfortunately I think the poor service has taken its toll because hardly anyone came in. Aweful

I tried the "kick ass" burger (jalapeños, green chile, chipotle sauce and guacamole) and my husband tried the "big ass" burger (double patty and double bacon) and both were amazing! The food tasted fresh and delicious. It had a home-made taste to it which felt light and fulfilling versus heavy and greasy like most fast food burgers. Also, the fries were nicely seasoned. People there were also friendly and the service was fast. Oh, and the prices were extremely reasonable with the combo at only $6. Perfect for a couple on a budget. Were definitely going back soon! :)

Whenever I have appointments at the VA I go to the MMB to grab food for my kids. we have never been disappointed. The price is right and the food is exceptional. More, the customer service is top notch!!! I dont know what the counter employees name is, but he is great- even under pressure. Overall - I appreciate the always fabulous experience. Because of its location, I would like it if a military/veteran discount was implemented.

Worth the walk to here and the short wait. Clean place with a variety of items on the menus. I ordered the Tuesday special 4 small tacos with a side of fries. With a drink and tip still under ten bucks. The food was plentiful, hot and well prepared not over cooked or over spiced. It was brought out to the table with a smile and friendly greeting. Ill be back when Im in town.

I had the Blue Burger and fried zucchini. My Sis had the onion rings... Both rings and zucchini were top notch. The burgers as well were delicious. On top of that, this was very well priced. I am in Phoenix for just a week, but I am planning to eat here at least 2 more times. Great taste, low prices and fun people working there. Thanks Chad!

I love this place and the food is amazing. Chad has been here everytime I have ordered and the food is consistant and very good quality. I eat gluten free, so he suggested to have the burger on corn tortilla rather than lettuce wrap as everyone else wants to do it. I was grateful for the suggestion and it was awesome. Thanks Chad!

I was suprised to see a cash only sign so I asked the man behind the counter who was ignoring me. He tapped the sign and said "if thats what the sign says". How rude can you be to a new customer? Seeing how we are in the 21st century, I rarely carry cash so I may not have gone back anyway but with such rude service I definately wont.

With nothing on the menu costing more then $7.50 (unless you order the large or mini bucket of wings) its a great place to stop and pick up lunch since its only open from 10-4. The food is amazing and made fresh. I eat there often and will continue to do so service is great, but the place could use a deep deep wash

By far one of the coolest lunch spots in this part of town. $5 gets you a burger, fries, and a can of pop. Why bother going to a fast food restaurant when a place like this exists, you cant get this quality of food from those places. Be careful of lunch hours, sometimes a line gets out the door around noon.

Great experience and atmosphere average burger above average fries superior fish taco!! The fried prep was surprisingly good as well. Excited to come back again to try the shrimp taco. I highly recommend you try it, great for lunch or trying something new. Seating is limited and its kinda hard to find.

Lets see where do I start, no ac except in front of the cash register, food was ok, nothing fabulous, but the size of the cock roach in front of the bathroom (my cousin took her daughter to use) was biggest we have ever seen . Left there kinda queasy.

Tasty burger fries and a drink for under 5 bucks. It is what it is. Not the best burger but tasty and priced well. The fries are dry and nothing to brag about. If you are in the area its worth a stop.

My kids took me here for Mothers Day last year and it was a very good experience. Nothing fancy but the food is good and the atmosphere is both fun and laid back. An enjoyable place to eat!! :)
