Horrible! How is it I repeat myself at least 3 times and whomever is on speaker asks if the order looks correct on the screen and I agree only for me to get home and have been given the wrong sandwiches??? Also how is it acceptable to serve scortched/burnt/over cooked eggs?? HUGE inconvenience to drive back seeing as I was passing by and live 15 miles out from here. I tried calling three times but never an answer and when I got there there was no one in the lobby nor drive thru! Silly me I shouldve checked the bag seeing as the girl could barely speak english and seemed severely confused. Avoid this place unless you are extremely bilingual. Maybe the order wouldve been correct had I known Spanish. This is why anyone whom works fast food and cant do the simplest task correctly doesnt deserve $15 an hour. This is a kids job!!

Do not even bother going here for lunch during a weekday, there is a high school right across the street. I did and will avoid repeating that in the future. But in their defense the staff was super impressive of taking the deluge in stride and was whipping out orders like professionals. Seriously it was impressive. I love the buttery jack burgers. Particularly the portobello buttery jack burger. Its impressive. The pub house burger, does taste like a real pub restaurant burger. This restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are not disgusting, even after the highscool rush. The only problem is the homeless and vagrants that are constantly harassing everyone coming or going. But thats just the location, not the restaurants fault. They do their best to shoo them away. But it is like trying to damn a river with a rock.

Who ever is cooking today needs some lessons. The rice in the chicken teryaki bowl was like mush, just plain terrible, had to throw it away. Also the tacos had a "different taste" to them today, and were too spicy hot. I tried to call the manager to clue him/her in, but phone is always busy.... must be more complaints. I also tried to call customer line of main headquarters, but was placed on hold, so I hung up as they are not worth my time. I wont be back.

Get out of downtown Chandler. You are holding it down. I ordered 2 tacos and 1 chicken sandwich with cheese tonight. I received 4 soggy tacos and one chicken sandwich without cheese. Im not asking for money back...I simply wont spend another penny at Jack in the box at any location ever ever again. So tired of screwed up orders.

The service personnel were very nice and tried to be helpful. It was embarrassing too me when my card was declined but what made my experience worse, was that the manager was not helpful at all and did not make any attempt to make my predicament any better. I will steer clear of there when I see that guy b leading in Jack

I normally love Jack in the Box. But this location was SO busy. We went to the drive thru and only ordered a few things but we had to wait long and were asked to pull forward while they made our food. After waiting for awhile we were handed our order and one thing was missing and the rest were just the wrong items.

Terrible customer service... tried to use a gift card & was told they do not accept cards when the individual in front of me had a jack in the box gift card too. Cashiers were very unfriendly, other stores were fine with gift cards for some reason this store was not. Too bad it used to be a better place overall.

They had the worst service in the drive thru. We asked for three orders (debit) and then got to the end of the second to hear that they wont do 3 orders ... We were polite and then she was mean mugging us at the window, didnt say our total or anything. Will Never visit again. Cashiers name is Sara .

Speaker was down & our food was kinda cold but seems like only 1 person was working. So I didnt judge my experience on just that but that the cashier attempted very hard to get our order out correctly & expeditiously. And the soda we received didnt have any syrup, other than that. It was OKay.

How can there be so much hate for this Jack in a box. This isnt some fancy restaurant where you pay $20 or more a meal. Its fast food. I just bought some food, the cashier was nice, the shift manager was nice, hell even the cooks in the back were all about business. Quit trolling you ninnies.

The customer service is beyond ridiculous. I asked if they had fruit punch and she said no. I asked what do you have? And replied coke and sprite. I said all you have is coke and sprite than she says coke sprite & Fanta. Meanwhile they have a huge sign saying choose freely over 100 drinks.

This is the worst jack in the box in az. Bad service,never get the order right,always forget to give the drink I have the worst experience at this resturant every time I go either for me or someone else an one simple thing wound fix have managers run window when busy and at night!

Waited for almost 10 mins and while I stood there 3 employees looked at me and were more concerned with the drive thru. When they decided to even greet me, they were very rude. Sad because I love jack in the box but I will avoid this location.

We had been searching for a decent 24 hour fast food on a Monday night and this did well. They were understaffed and I felt pretty bad and they ran out of soda so they upgraded my drink to a shake for free. Not the cleanest but not bad either.
