Good pizza when it arrives. I ordered a pizza and salad. I got no fork or salad dressing and half of the Parmesan packets were empty. I chased down the delivery driver and let him know. He said sorry and would be back with the forgotten items. An hour later I called to speak to the manager I was told he was too busy to talk on the phone I wouldnt take that as an answer so I finally got him on the phone and he somewhat argued with me about the forgotten items. When I finally got to my breaking point he offered to reimburse half of the cost of my dinner. After two hours of waiting for my salad dressing The delivery driver showed up threw a bag in my hand and a wad of money and walked away didnt say one word. I will never eat here again the staff is extremely rude and has no concept of customer service. Its too bad because it was good Pizza. I hope this makes it to upper management because whoever the manager is in the store they have a horrible attitude as well as every employee that I spoke to seems like this is run by a bunch of teenagers that dont care. Its OK Ill take my business elsewhere happily. Pizza places are a dime a dozen in Portland. I live in Washington and I hope the pizza guys never comes to Washington state theyre not welcome there.

BEWARE!! They brought a burnt cheese pizza out to a kids birthday party. When I called and told them they said I had to wait in line to have another delivery. So we got pizza some where else, I brought the pizza back to them later that day with no pieces missing. They gave me two free coupons with a catch I had to use it on line. So a week later I did. What a nightmare after three phone call they finliy agreed just to bring the pizza out. We waited and waited. I called them they said the delivery guy came and no one came to the door!! BULL I HAVE THREE DOGS AND WE WERE OUT SIDE SMOKING FOR THE LAST THIRTY MINUTES BECAUSE A FRIEND CAME BY AS WE ALL HANG IN FRONT. HE TOLD ME IF I WANTED THEM COME GET THEM. HE MORE LESS CALLED ME A LIER. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN... THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT.

I called to order for pickup at 5:45PM. I ordered a large 2-topping pizza and told them I wanted to pick it up by 6:30PM the same night. They said not a problem and even quoted me a pick up time of 20 minutes before I said I wanted it later. I showed up at 6:25, paid for my order and then sat down to wait as they said it would be ready shortly. 20 minutes later, the guy asks what I was waiting for again, I tell him and he goes and looks. My pizza had been sitting on the oven in the box the entire time Id been there and who knows how long before. The pizza tasted good, despite sitting so long, but their customer service and order organization could be better.

Ive only ordered from here once. My husband had a combination - the sauce was bland, but the meat was excellent. The veg & crust were fine - nothing special. Mine was a gluten-free pepperoni. Again the meat was delicious! Next time Im going to try ordering extra. The edge crust was yummy, but I found the rest was best when I peeled the toppings and cheese off of it. It was a soggy mush. After that though, it was delicious! The cheese had the right texture, the meat had flavor. It was great. Wheelchair rating : 5 stars (I got mine delivery) Gluten-free rating : 2 stars

We were ordering over the phone and we had practically completed our order, then the call gets dropped so we call back as the call is dropping and they dont remember a thing. Hadnt taken any of it down. We order again and we think were in the clear. 1 hour we call, they tell us they had already left. 2 hours go by and not a word. Ordered dominos and it took 30min from order too my door, still no word from pizza guys. I wish I could give them 0 starts. Pathetic

I feel like this chain is run by indecisive tweens. Your menu isnt progressive or eclectic. It just sucks. Maybe learn to make a basic cheese pizza that doesnt taste like Im eating dried tomato sauce on corrugated cardboard before you move on to the fancy stuff like the big boys over at CPK and Cheesecake Factory, hmm?

They are really friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back. I also asked them in the special instructions section to draw a dragon eating pizza on the box and they drew me this really cute dragon eating a pizza. No other pizza place has been willing to do that.

We stayed at La Quinta last weekend and found a Pizza Guys flyer in the room. We got in late and decided ordering in would be easiest. We got the garlic lovers pizza and bacon cheese bread. It was delicious! Delivery did take around 45min though.

New pizza places always sketch me out but I had to try it and this place really won me over. These guys are on top of it. They are organized and professional and they make a great pie. I love the different crust options that they offer.

Great pizzas, good deals. Strange that sometimes on the phone they say 1.5 -2 hr wait and the pizza arrives in a half hour lol. Also, store should be closed if no deliveries are being made due to weather

I live fairly close to the store and any chance I get I gotta get my hands on a pizza. Simply the best quality for the best price Ive managed to find. The staff is always kind and willing to help!
