I go to Habit a couple times a month, its one my favorite places. One of the locations close to home was very disappointing last night not due to food but to the customer service from the manager. All the girls working were very pleasant like always but the manager who I have never seen before was not only looking at every customer with a not so friendly face but he wasnt friendly either. I asked for extra dressing on the side for the 2 salads when I ordered, it wasnt in the bag so I asked again. The girl asked the cook like usual for extra dressing and he did not move not once but twice and then the manager went in the back took awhile came back and gave me the smallest, half way full dressings,when usually the cook grabs a big plastic ramekin and fills it with dressing. I did not add it to my salad and couldnt enjoy my salad wondering the whole time I was eating why did he go in back to get it and why did it take so long. Very disappointing and wont be eating at that location again if that manager is there.

Excellent service and food every time. Ive been coming to this fast-casual burger joint since the beginning of the year and Ive always been pleased even when they get my order wrong. Its no problem for them to make it right. The food is cooked after you order so its hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and courteous. The service doesnt stop after you get your food. Theyll come around and ask if everythings okay and take your trash. The place can get busy and parking can be a nightmare during peak lunch hours. Its easy enough to walk here from around the area if you cant park on property. The burgers are wonderful. Avocado, bacon, and cheese are extra. They have un-salted fries if you ask. Salads are a good size (~9x9" salad tray) and no wilted lettuce.

Some of my favorite burgers in town. Staff are very friendly and service is always quick. My favorite is a bacon cheese burger with avocado. They have great sides too. Fries are pretty typical, but well done and the tempura green beans are just delicious! They have burger alternatives as well, such as veggie burger, chicken, and tuna, but Ive never tried any of them so I cant speak to their quality. They also have a variety of salads, but Ive not had those either. I just mention that in case youre looking for a place with vegetarian options. Not cheap, but not terribly expensive either. Great burger joint!

Not as good as Five Guys in my opinion, but cheaper and still really good. Ive had tons of stuff on the menu, burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, etc. Get your burger however you like it, but the Santa Barbara Char is awesome if youve got the appetite. Favorite salad is the the BBQ Chicken Salad, their grilled chicken is excellent. Favorite chicken sandwich is the Golden Chicken which is fried, but Ive never been disappointed with a grilled one either. And when you get your side, get the frings, half fries, half rings.

I love eating burgers, and this place was okay. I loved the cleanliness of the restaurant. However thats it, the food isnt the best and a lot of the times I get soggy buns. The service is tight mainly because there is so many customers that wait times can get extreme and the staff dont give you their full attention to you due to the fact of all the stuff they have to do. Prices are a little steep, especially when I feel I could get a better sandwich somewhere else.

Location: Easy to find off the interstate, easy to get to from either side of road Inside: Very clean, fully aware management with customer involvement, fountain drinks, clean restroom. Food: The burgers were tasty and cooked very well. The sweet potato fries were delicious and this place is a great contender in the burger market with the likes of 5 guys, etc. It is a definite try and I think its price is moderate for the food you receive.

Habit in general is awesome. Their burgers, frys, and onion rings are great, and they dont cost a lot. The employees at this location are very helpful and nice. Because the location is downtown Id recommend staying away around lunch time, otherwise you will have to fight for parking spaces. However, even though there are a lot of people the employees here are great and keep the line to a minimum.

Great place reasonably prices kids loved the chicken nuggets and let me tell you the best salad is the new chicken lime cilantro for less then 8 bucks. It will even have you stuffed.. Great place good customers service as well. I will always come back in and enjoy dinner here

I love this place, friendly staff, amazing burgers, chicken, grilled or fried, and always clean and well stocked. If you havent been here and like Smashburger or 5 guys, youll love The Habit. I drive 10 miles out of my way to make it here whenever I can. Make it a Habit!!

One of the hardest things for the school complex on strip mall restaurants is finding parking especially during lunch rush hour. Once you get inside is clean the staff is friendly. Had a charburger and strawberry shake and both were very good and would go back again.

Not only fantastic burgers, but great friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and portions are great. Excellent fries and there are even fresh limes on the bar. Parking can be a pain during the rush hours, so plan ahead.

I can see why they were voted the best burger in the country! my burger was cooked to perfection and some of the best sweet potato fries Ive ever had from a fast food/fast casual place. Im definitely coming back again.

Parking is super easy most of the time. I like to avoid this area on first Fridays. Burgers are consistent. Not huge but still a good filling portion. The strawberry limeaide is amazing!

The Habit is a very consistently good burger shop. Anything you order will be delicious, fries are good and they have a hot pepper bar. I usually order the mushroom Swiss char burger.
