In the area for a training so limited on time and familiarity. Used to work near here years ago so I know the food choices are limited. I ate here a couple years ago for a similar reason - on a lunch break during a training. As deja vu set in, I recalled my experience was the similar last time. Food is reasonably good, service is average at best, atmosphere is lacking, but the place is a dump. Good burger, but nothing special. Seasoned fries are above average. Like a lot of people have said, the staff have a "cant be bothered" attitude. They were helpful, but sort of unfriendly. I could handle all that since the food was okay. But the tables were dirty, the floors and windows look like theyre never cleaned. So, not bad if youre in a jam, but Ill make different choices if I can next time.

The place is in a pretty bad area and the place is kind of a dump. However, the food was fantastic. We got a gyro and a bacon double cheese burger. The gyro was so good! I highly recommend it. The burger was great too. They even put the good thick bacon on it. When you go to some places the bacon is so thin you have to turn it in your hand just to see it. Not here! It was thick, delicious, and plentiful. Every bite had bacon. Friendly servers. The server was very nice but didnt know what their specials were. They had a sign up and I asked a question and he looked like he had no idea what I was taking about. So I pointed to the specials sign and then he had to go ask someone else. That is the reason for the four stars.

I came in there with a big order today, 17 orders to be exact. Got there and order was ready in 20 minutes including the drinks. They even helped us load the food in the car. Came back to work, and was missing an order, I called it in and the worker was being pretty cooperative with me. The owner reassured me it was there but couldnt find it. They made another one for me and was going to have delivered to my job. I then had someone go check their car to see where the missing piece was and sure enough it was there. Called back and told them thank you and that we had found it. They were calm and nice about the whole situation. I appreciate the kindness, politeness and service. Once again I apologize. Highly recommend it.

They failed to deliver my entire order so I called and asked them about my missing $3.75 fry, after ordering $50 worth of food. The supervisor took the phone from the 17 year old idiot and claimed I was lying and they were going to check the security cameras. They said they were gonna call back and hung up. They never called back because they waited until closing time so they wouldnt have to deal with it. The food was also greasy and soggy. I could seriously find better food at mcdonalds for 1/3 the price, and actually receive my entire order. Mcdonalds might even be healthier considering this places food was nothing but grease and sauce.

I have been here a couple of times and the food is amazing! I always get the breakfast items and my husband gets his meats. Perfect! Dont let the building fool you. Give them a try... I promise you wont be disappointed! Talk to the owner if you get the chance. He is really a funny guy, he knew exactly what I wanted without me even telling him. Ask to try his special marinated chicken (it isnt on the menu YET! but it should be - my husband still talks about it months later! LOL). It comes highly recommended.

Got my order messed up twice in ONE day!! On top of that the girl manager was rude and acted annoyed instead of fixing the inconvenience! They have an advertisement on window wich is get a CHEESEburger and get a second CHEESEburger for free.. I bought that and when I got home none of them had cheese... I called and she said I had to say specifically I wanted cheese on them, when the poster clearly says CHEESEBURGERS! Worst experience ever very disappointed with their customer service.

XL burger is a very well chosen name. I had the king Kong burger, and it was for sure XL to large to eat while driving. I had the combo and between the burger and the fries, the bag was stuffed full. The taste was very good, but the service was horrible. I only had one car in front of me and the wait was a good 20 minutes easy. I will be sure to try them again tho.

Amazing food. Cheap prices. Custom orders. Exceptionally friendly staff. Coke and Pepsi in glass with real sugar. Over 100 menu options. Breakfast and lunch. Onions made the right way. Anything you can think of, this place has it. Been here for lunch for 2 weeks straight. I would recommend to anyone who loves to eat. Ask for the hash omelette.

I use to work near this restaurant in 2013 , idk what happened if they changed owners or something . Though before the one who was in charge of cooking use to do such and excellent job and Was my favorite place to go and eat . Therefore on 2014 when I went back they had changed so much and the food is not so great ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹! What a bummer !!

I brought my mom here for a steak breakfast. The meat was low quality and over cooked. When I sent it back the cook got mad. The next steak they brought out to my mom was literally raw. The manager spoke with the owner and the gave me a refund on only one of my messed up meals.smh.... I will not eat here again.

I went there thinking it was gonna be better, I usually go to the Burger Factory on 7th Avenue & Osborn. The Burger Factory has better food by far. Dont get me wrong the place was real clean, but I was very disappointed with the food. I wont be eating here anymore. I tried

Went here a few times to eat and the food was disgusting. They gave us raw hash browns, nasty tasting powdered eggs, under cooked sausages, bad service, and I ended up getting sick off the food an hour later. I will definitely not be eating here again.

Cant beat this place. This isnt exactly a nice area but Im in the area freaently for work and decided a few weeks ago to try it out. Their burgers are better than just about every fast food place and they have a menu bigger than anywhere else I have

Reasonable prices, great food, wonderful service. What else do you want from a burger joint. My husband is not easily please and he left a happy camper after having his fathers day Breakfast here. We will definitely be coming back.

Burger Factory? More like Skidmark in my pants factory! This place has the worst food I ordered a burger and it took 30 minutes to get. Then after I ate that patty that was drier than a grandmas va jj I almost threw up everywhere.
