We have been there twice for lunch over the past couple months and it has taken almost an hour to get our food both times. Tried again today. Sat in mostly empty bar, got drinks, then the bar started to get crowded. Took more than 30 minutes to get somebody to take our order and was told that it would take 35-40 minutes to get meal. This is ridiculous, I do not recommend unless you have a lot of time to kill waiting.

The food was pretty good but the place was surprisingly empty. I honestly didnt even know Lebanon had a Buffalo Wild Wings until a friend invited me for dinner, though. Maybe it just isnt in a good location. The only suggestion for improvement would be for the waitstaff - check drink levels often.

Completely incompetent at handling carry out orders. 50% of my carry out orders are prepared wrong, not ready when quoted, or the order wasnt put into the kitchen. If you are thinking about orderng carry out be ready to spend 40+ minutes with random people waiting for their carry out orders.

Food was surprisingly better than the last time I was in 6 months ago. However, service is still something to be desired. It wasnt too bad until our waitress appeared to take a smoke break knowing we were finished eating but before giving us our bill or giving us a chance to pay.

Sauces are WAY too salty jesus christ. Dined in and ordered a 3 different beers to find out they "ran out". Wait time was long and half my fries were cold. Might just take the extra drive to go to the brownsburg location. Their service is better.

Many times Ive had to wait for long periods of time(approx 20 min) just to be waited on for food. The employees are always very friendly however and are will to compensate for mistakes or inconveniences.

Come here all the time with my friends, and the food is bomb! Anytime Ive ever come here, the waiters and waitresses are nice and friendly. I plan to come here very far into the future.
