Ive gotten into The Habit on several occasions, as its close to the office.... and each time I do, their Santa Barbara style American Double with a side of Green Beans, puts me in my fatty place. After ordering, you take your vibrating drink coaster to a booth of your choosing. The place has been fairly empty each time Ive been there, so I make sure to grab a table right next to the only other seated couple. Ill place the pager on the tabletop, grab a drink, and then peruse my phone. Once the pager rattles against the table top, its LOUD, like that vibrating football game from the 70s. I let it resonate for about 30 seconds, pretending Im really engrossed with my mobile device... Im so precocious The employees have always been friendly, the tables clean, and the condiment bar always has a heaping amount of jalapenos and those firm yellow pepper things that end up squirting spicy juice into my windpipe after biting into it, which temporarily causes me to gasp for air. You never forget your first asphyxiation

I ate there tonight. I HAD GONE NEXT DOOR, AFTER BEING SEATED FOR OVER TEN MINUTES AND NO ONE CAME I LEFT. So I walked in here and the difference was night and day! First let me say that this was such an incredible dining experience. The manager greeted me and took my order. He explained everything about how their products are made. I loved how he had so much pride in their product.He was helpful and respectful to his staff. They could not ask for a better place to work. I though nothing could be in and out. Well wrong! This did! Exceptionally clean, excellent seating arrangements for families, well stocked. The food blew me away. I had the Teriyaki burger with pineapple and grilled onions and I added a side of sweet potato fries with ranch. I will take my family back this week to enjoy this incredible place.

This was probably my worst Habit experience. As a fan of the company, I stopped by expecting a marvelous experience. Instead, it came out to be quite miserable. I ordered an Original Charburger (which is the combo) and a burger + fries separately. I had to repeat this order twice to an employee whose name I do not recall yet must have been new. However, by the time I saw the receipt the order was already there and rather I was given two charburgers and one frie pack. Frustrated, I had to get back in line and order a soda + fries as well as remind her of her error. Instead, she carelessly acknowledged it and almost forgot to give me my cup. I was left with much disappointment sadly and her employment should be reviewed

A solid burger option with a decent selection of toppings and sides. The patties are only a fifth of a pound (3.2oz) so they tend to run on the smaller side, a double is basically the minimum. Everything is chargrilled over an open flame, which really gives the burgers a nice taste. The onion rings have been fried perfectly every time Ive had them here. Wish I could give 3.5/5 star review because I feel the portions received for the price paid (especially the burgers) could be slightly bigger, but I do believe they use high quality ingredients and I know my perception as a poor person is skewed. The free strawberry lemonade or whatever is the BOMB!(partly my reasoning for that last star)

I stopped in at this location on my lunch break. Specifically asked for my burger well done, and they gave me a burger that was totally red inside and just barely darker than red on the outside. I could not eat it at all. I called the store and they refused to let me speak to the manager. Said they were too busy at the moment but took my phone number and said they would have the manager call me as soon as they had a chance. Guess what? No call from anyone. I just through away ten bucks that day and I will never return to this location again. Very disappointed!

I found this place to be all that I read in the reviews. It was clean. They were friendly. The food and prices will have you coming back. I will be back for sure. I loved the fresh, hot n crispy fries. The cheeseburger was so good too. For my drink, I was surprised to find more than just soda. They had an assortment of teas and my favorite strawberry lemonade. It wasnt that too sweet syrupy kind either. It was zesty and refreshing. Good job Habit Burger. I highly recommend to everyone. You too will be amazed. Happy eating.

First time here. The place is immaculate. I was really impressed with how clean and nice the decor was. And then I was surprised that the price point was just slightly above In & Out. I always thought this was a $6-8 burger place, similar to Five Guys, so I was really pleased with the price point and value for the money. The Double Char burger (only $4.10) is huge. The food was really good and the service was top notch. It has been awhile since I was this impressed with a restaurant. We will be back!

I first encountered The Habit in California and fell in love with the fresh quality of the food, and after relocating to Scottsdale several months back I was extremely surprised to find one within ten miles of my home! Per usual with this chain, customer service is wonderful as is the food, and contrary to what some say I find the portions large and can never finish a serving of fries with my burger (which is why I usually get the charburger alone). Love it!

My coworker and I recently ate there. It was my first time trying this place and it was pretty good. I checked it out online before I went and people compared it to In N Out. To, me The Habit is better by far especially their fries. My burger was a little pink inside but not enough to make a fuss about. The only drawback was the landscapers. Seemed like everytime I started talking, hed fire up the saw he was using. Will definitely eat here again.

Thanks to the internet giving us food options, we decided to try The Habit. The best decision of the day!! First bite into the burgers told us grilled flavor is the way to go! And the onion rings were amazing. Only thing we would change is Pepsi products instead of coke (and beer would be a good option as well) :) Our first time here will be remembered! Thanks to the crew for a great meal and better memories! Happy New Year!

Ordered the tri tip sandwich. It will be medium rare they said, medium is fine I said. But upon the first bite I was shocked by an unpleasant surprise. The meat on my sandwich was completely raw. Like so raw. It must have sat on the grill for less than a minute. Im a man who knows his meat and exactly how to prep and cook it. So when a place carelessly serves raw meat you just gotta wonder.

The best "real" burger you can get at a fast food joint. Sweet potato fries are great too. Fresh, tasty ingredients all around. Staff is friendly. The only downside is you have more options to adjusting the options on your burger when ordering in person vs. on the phone.
