Im very disappointed in the food I received right before closing time. I came from the other side of town in the snow just to get a 3 piece chicken dinner and the chicken was VERY dry and old . Right along with my red beans and rice and that itself wasnt even hot it was warm. I give Popeyes one star ONLY because the only thing that was half way decent was the cole slaw . I waisted my time and gas going there to order my food. And I most likely wouldnt find myself going back. Hopefully tomorrow I can speak with a manger for a refund . I actually saved the food so that I can take it back lol . Thats sad.

I do not go here often, for this very reason, but the last 2 times Ive gone here theyve messed up my order after Ive clearly enunciated it into the drive thru what I want. If you are going to go here make sure you check exactly what is in your bag before driving away. Terrible Service. Incompetent Staff. They did offer me a refund if I brought the food back which I did not have time to do and they did offer to replace my order which is good but they seem to be better at offering refunds and replacements than actually getting the order right in the first place.

This Popeyes always seems to have a steady flow of people. I love Popeyes and would always give the food a good rating, but as far as service this place needs some work. There always seems to be a few employees standing around doing nothing, when the place is packed and has a descent sized line. Mens bathroom never seems to get cleaned, is always out of paper towels, and the tables are only clean if no one has eaten there yet on the day of your visit TIP: Ask about the "managers special" for a good deal on a combo meal.

Absolutely Ridiculous service. The pregnant lady working drive thru Saturday night 9/17 obviously has a problem with white people. Completely rude and disrespectful. My food was absolutely awful. My grandsons fries were so cold and disgusting he couldnt even eat them. I have no idea how someone could actually put them in a bag and expect someone else to eat them. Heres a message to this store: If you dont like white people post a sign so people wont come back. I have had enough of this nonsense.

I dont eat here often, but everytime I go in the service is slow and my order is wrong. Went in this evening and was overcharged for my food (they added an extra item), they forgot an item on my actual order and the man at the register was unaware of the items available or their prices. Food that I did get was not very good.

I love the chicken, but it always makes me sick. The staff is usually really friendly, but they frequently mess up the orders, and they almost always forget me outside the drive thru. Ive stopped going there because of the time wasted when they forget about me.

The food was great! "Manny" the cashier was a just a delight, very friendly and helpful! Only 3 stars as the seating area needed some wiping down, they forgot to put a couple items on our tray and another gal ignored my husband, thats when Manny stepped-up.

DO NOT COME FOR LUNCH. Ticket times here are insane. You will wait 30 mins to get the food that is already made because nobody prepares after you pay. If you would like to speak to a manager he will be outside smoking by the dumpster.

It has been 2 nights in a row and have tried to get something to eat. The hours on the door says you dont close until 10pm. I shouldnt have to go online to find out about your lobby closing at 9pm. This is seriously ridiculous...

We have always loved this place but lately theyre giving us refried chicken. You could tell the difference by the golden fresh look of the tenders and dark brown oily texture of chicken pieces.
