I have no idea how can make the ramen have water with sesame oil flavor only. The ramen soup need have pork bones with vegetables cook over 8 house can get basic soup, the ramen soup will be have sweet and rich taste. In Kumai I cant get it. Im so disappointed they make ramen like that.

I judge ramen on the two basic ingredients: broth and noodles. Broth must be rich, creamy, and flavorful. Noodles must hold a certain shape and be chewy aka al dente. This place did neither well.

Its alright... Definitely not a Japanese flavor though. Very Chinese-tasting with the star anise they obviously put in the broth.
