TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time calling in an order at this location. I felt compelled to leave a review after a second horrible experience. The first time, my wife and I arrived at the location after the 20 minutes we were told our order would be ready. We waited at the pick up window an additional 40 minutes!! No sorry or refund was offered! Today, my wife went to pick up our order after the 20 minutes our order was to ready and waited in line for 10 minutes...no big deal. When she had her turn at the window, she was told that the order was no where to be found and that the order would have to be remade!! She politely requested refund and she was told she would have come inside to receive it! My pregnant wife had to park her vehicle and ask for her refund! Dont waste your time with this place!

Manager would not take two forms of payment for one order. Tried to split the order into two and was told that they could not do this due to minimum charge requirement on delivery orders even though both orders were going to the same location. I was then informed that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery due to the restaurant only having 1 driver. I have never been told that I couldnt pay using multiple types of payment. I understand the minimum order price for delivery but not when the orders are going to the same location. This is silly. Also, only having one driver on staff on a Sunday night is poor management.

I tried to place an order online for delivery, but the website could not find my location. Instead, I called Pizza Hut on Judson Road to place the order. The price she gave me was $20 more than what I would have paid if I would have been able to place my order online. I questioned this, of course, and the lady who I was speaking with could not give me a reasonable explanation. When I told her to just cancel the order, she hung up on me! I immediately called back to speak with the manager. She apologized and said that maybe she thought I had hung up first. I dont think so. That is what you call poor customer service.

Terrible, just terrible i have ordered from this Pizza Hut four times now, and every single time something has gone wrong with the order. My problems have been as follows: food is bone cold, they forget to bring part of my order, they they have "ran out" of one of the items i have ordered and try to give me something of lesser value, and when i call and talk to a manger she is very rude and refuses to do anything about my botched order. So i rate this Pizza Hut restaurant a one star out of five.

I love Pizza Hut, however this was the worst pizza ever and waitress never returned to the table and we were the only one dining in, meanwhile in Jollier there was a 45 minute wait. While eating we noticed the cook entered the restroom while wearing his apron and walked out with it on. Gross!

They shut down 2 hours earlier then the signs posted on their doors. Very poorly managed location and theres no surprise why restaurants get shut down....HELLO OWNER WAKE UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR INVESTMENT, BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DECLARING CHAPTER 11 VERY SOON!!!

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Everyone needs training from the manager on down. Rude to customers, incorrect order, hanging up on customers, blamed me for their having gotten my order wrong. I only wish I could give this restaurant a rating of negative stars.

The Pizza Hut on Judson Road in Longview, TX is having a great sale on burned up medium pizzas. Its a really great deal if you like pizza thats been burned prepared by a staff who clearly doesnt care about whats served.

They had the option of dining right there, which isnt as common with Pizza Huts as it used to be. Staff was friendly, pizza wasnt bad.

The buffet is skimpy and theyve had rats when I went there on more than 1 occasion. Pizza Hut is fine but pick a different location.
