Went here a few times. The first time I went I ordered freshly made cookies and I ended up getting cookies that have been sitting there for awhile. I could tell because they were hard. I told them I asked for fresh ones and they stated it would take 20 minutes, yeah bs. Second time I went there I ordered my 4 year old son a kids meal which included a cookie. Let me tell you, just by touching the cookie I felt how hard it was. I tried to nipple on it and it wouldnt even break. If my son would have attempted to eat the cookie he would have broken a tooth. I dont understand how they could put those cookies in the kids meals.

I work at Swift right up the street and I have to say this is the worst Burger King I have ever delt with. The food is never good quality. The fries or tatter tops are cooked in dirty oil. You can tell this by the black particles that are on the tater tots. They are usually over cooked as well. Then if you mention it, driver thru people are super rude. They are never open at 5:30 like they advertise. You can find a better place to eat in that area with better quality and a friendly smile.

Ive tried. I try To Give This HELL hole Of An Establishment A chance...but yet again I am greeted with nothing less than mediocre customer service & half blank food. They ARE ALWAYS out of something...& yes I understand all the lil highschoolers working late nights but Ive noticed grills "get broken 1 hr before closing"...coincidence, I think not. I had to go to the BK on 67th & Van Buren...sure they dont have the fancy-shancy renovated drive-thru but at least they serve great burgers.

This place was OK before but now its weird the old manager is gone and now their is a guy who literally sits in the same spot everyday and just sleeps and goes on his phone and now their is a guy who is watching kids play in playarea and watched my friend Adrianna at the time he tried sitting closer so we left this morning but later in the day he was here and we were upset with it it made high schoolers leave and a family leave

being frank I love burger King but these past few weeks Ive gone my food always gets cold when I arrive home I live 3 min away ? the last 2 times Ive went I always ask with no onions because they make me throw up and Ive always found them cold... and with extra onions ... also they need to check there sprite often last time I got one it tasted l like no flavor just the fizz

Worst service EVER!! They literally had me waiting in the drive thru for 30min and when they finally got me my food it was the wrong order and when i told them how long i had been waiting and my order was wrong all they did was give me extra fries just thrown in a bag and 2 coupons. Im seriously NEVER going there again. Its no wonder why their all going out of business!

Food was okay... I used to like their breakfasts more than McDonalds but now I dont like either... Even my son said the breakfast sandwhiches at QT are better than here. The service was extremely slow, and they got my order wrong... They replaced it with no argument but overall we wont be coming back anytime soon...

Really nice Burger King, been coming here for a while not for the quality of the food but the amount of food you can get at such a low price. We always come here with coupons and the workers let us use as many as we want and are generally kind. The place is always clean as well.

Employee was polite, but I got a regular Whopper. I asked for a double Whopper with cheese (found out when I got home). No time to go back and fix it; Id be late for work. It was a simple order that they done goofed.

Just look at this...does this look like a place where you would want to eat!? All the tables where dirty and topped with trash and the personnel where just in the back talking and hiding from doing their jobs.

Staff was friendly enough, I received what I ordered. Ive always loved their onion rings. I dont eat here but two or three times a year any more, everything tasted as I remember.
