As much as I love wings, this store continues to disappoint in having the orders ready on time. I preordered a family pack online for a super bowl party, understanding that it would be a busy day. I placed a 14:15 order, showed up at 14:30 expecting my order to be sitting on the side, getting cold. When I arrived, I found my order had not even been started. Having 2 young kids in the car, I was obviously disappointed. I ended up waiting 20 minutes, putting my order over half an hour past my requested time. Youd think the store would be better prepared on an expected high volume day, but no. Please look at ways to optimize your store operations in order to meet promised times.

Very bad service, ordered the family pack on line and received confirmation with price and pickup time but when I got there no order and the guy offered no excuse, no apology, no compensation so we had to wait as if we never put in an order. The employee was not interested at all abut the confirmation number I have him to confirm and even showed it to him on my phone?? he just kept asking my name or if I had ordered somewhere else but the e-mail confirmation clearly showed Whipple Road address. Terrible customer service.

Tried calling in an order at 11:15pm and several times after that to place an order. No one ever picks up the phone. This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened. So I drive there to place my order, and doors are locked at 11:30pm. In my opinion I believe some of the workers are Lazy, its Late, they want to go home, so they decide on which days they want to accept calls after 11pm and lock the doors before midnight.

Perhaps it was lack of customers during the time of day or maybe they were being generous… but the seasoning for my Louisiana rub was just tossed on top in a heavy manner. Some chicken would have a lot, some would have little… the ones that have a bunch would be super salty… It wasnt handle with care, but maybe thats just my first experience talking with this wingstop. Not sure if I want to try it again though.

I always come here for my wings fix, they are always hooking it up with the food. The service is much better than any other wingstop that Ive been to. Its clean and the atmosphere is nice. I always order the 10 wings reg, lemon pepper is my fav! with fries and a bun.

This is my favorite place for wings right now. I like how the wings are prepared and the different flavors they have. While not a huge variety of flavors like the competition, the quality, to me, is better. The bourbon baked beans and the fries are good.
