About a week ago I ordered a taco salad, and the chip bowl was completely burnt and I could only eat the salad inside. Then tonight, I ordered a Cool Ranch Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch with refried beans instead of beef, and even my receipt said no beef, but when you replace beef with beans theyre not supposed to charge you extra and they did. Then I got home and there was still beef in it (Im assuming thats why I got charged extra, because they just put the beans as an add on instead of replacing the beef even though the receipt said no beef.) I drove all the way back there & told them and they still made it wrong!! At least they didnt put beef but they put a Nacho Cheese Dorito instead of a Cool Ranch (I guess I sound picky but Im a vegetarian so I wouldnt eat beef and I really really hate Nacho Cheese Doritos). If I want Taco Bell again I will just drive a couple of extra miles to one in Balch Springs off 635 because Id have to waste extra gas anyway to go back to this one when they get my order wrong a 4th time.

Worst experience every!!!!!!!bathroom had mold inside the toilets & manager definitely had a problem or attuide with his employees,cashier girl had told us that she was scared to ask manager to break 100.00 bill that i gave to pay for my order that was 22.19 & a female employee pickedup a taco wrapper & threw it at her fellow male employee while he wasnt looking as he was busy dressing tortillas with beans,keep in mind that this wrapper came off the dirty floor & both of those employees we not wearing gloves....I gave the 1 star for them atleast giving me my change back even thou it took 10mins for them to figure it out & giving me m y receipt....Godd awful place

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We got there at 10 pm no one was inside we ordered and it literally took them 20 minutes to get our food to us and there was may 1 car in the drive thru... as we were waiting my husband then went to the counter to ask about our order and he said the floor in the kitchen was extremely dirty and food all over the place.. as we were eating I looked around and saw a roach crawling on the floor at my foot. Never will go back!

This place takes forever and the food isnt hot, but just a little warm. This happened the last time I stopped and I always tell myself not to stop. This is the last time! When I pulled up, the drive thru line was so long that going inside must be faster. I ordered my food at 6:35pm and didnt receive it until 6:47pm. There were only two people in front of me and no obvious reason it should have taken 12 minutes to get two burritos.

The staff is very friendly. I wanted a bacon ranch chicken gordita that is no longer on the menu and they gladly made it for me. About 30 minutes after leaving I noticed I didnt have my purse with me. I went back and they had my purse put up for me and nothing was missing. Thank you so much!

I thought with it being rebuilt and under new management it would be a better place/experience. The food is fine but the manager Paula is downright rude and has no idea what is going on! Its definitely not an equal opportunity employer either.

The size of the food is way smaller than other locations, their food doesnt have all of the ingredients!! I ordered a beefy crunch burrito and there were no fritos in the burrito! I ordered 4 cinnamon balls and only got 3!! WTF???

Slow and wrong. Why is there a 10 minute wait for Taco Bell? Most places are done by the time you reach the end of the counter. Every order I saw picked up was wrong with at least one item missing, including mine.

Amazing!!! Service was great! The food was well made and tasted amazing. Way better then it used to be. I strongly believe that this restaurant will do well! I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go try it!
