Utterly pathetic, unorganized, rude, snotty, and I dont care aditude I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The manager was too busy to talk with the customers because he was on his cell phone!!!!! We were told by the other employees that he was to busy to deal with customer complaints. We were they for 45 min. And NEVER got our food. Or our money BACK after we asked for it back. The manager had the gull to say I am too busy to deal with this now! We are now waiting for a phone call from the franchise owner after speaking with Dairy queen Corp. This is not the first time that this has happened. Out of the handful of times, every time we have gone in, we have had crappy service. This one is by the far the worst that we have experienced. I give this restaurant a 1 star rating only because there is no lower rating. I write this as a warning to anyone thinking that they well have a enjoyable and relaxing visit at this restaurant. I felt sorry for the other families that were there wanting their money BACK, when the manager would NOT ever look at them or say anything to them

Worst service and extremely over priced. We went through the drive thru and clearly witnessed one of the female employees who was preparing food pick up her cell phone that was sitting on the food prep table and start texting with her foodservice gloves on. She put the phone back down on the prep table, didnt change her gloves and continued to assemble a hot dog. Seriously disgusting. I have a photographic evidence that will be shared with the health inspector. Plus, the male employee who served us was supposed to serve the blizzard upside down otherwise the next one was free, all he did was quickly tipped it horizontally for 2 secs and handed it to my husband right side up. I said something and the guy immediately snapped and said, "I tipped it!" We will continue utilizing the ORIGINAL, one and only, Moorhead Dairy Queen located downtown - Troy DeLeon and his wife know how to treat their customers. None of this corporate BS with terrible service and ridiculous prices.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this DQ location. We normally go to the walkup on main but we were closer to this one. The cashier was slow and he seemed very bored and acted like he had something better to do than take our orders, then once we ordered we waited for about 10 mjnutes, watching flies whizz around the room and standing in their sticky floor. Then we got our orders finally and I got a cappuccino heath blizzard and it was only 3/4 full!! At the walkup they would give me a full cup of ice cream or even overfill it! The blizzard tasted fine except it did not taste very cappuccino-ey and the heath occasionally had a sandy. gritty taste to it. I do not recommend this DQ location!!! GO TO THE ONE ON MAIN!! ITS WAY BETTER! Thanks for reading.

The service is not good. We have had so many poor experiences. Unfortunately we end up going there because our coupons only work at that Moorhead location. We have had to wait a long time and watched one employee work while others stand around. We have also had to knock on window to get change back that they forgot to return. The last time my husband said it was so disorganized he didnt know if he got the right order because they just put it on the counter and said this has chocolate ice-cream. It has to be a training mishap. They need to spend more time hiring and training!

Very bad customer service & bad management. Walked in & a young man was asking for toilet paper for the restroom. The manager on duty went to the back & handed him a huge roll of toilet paper & told the customer to just leave on the counter when he was done. As me & my husband stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us (which no one did) we looked around & wondering why they were not busy since it was lunch time. After standing around for 5-7 minutes we decided to leave since we didnt even get a greeting saying "hi we will be right with you"

The cashier was swearing at another employee, didnt give us our cups, screwed up our order, and overcharged me anyways. My friend and I had to be across town in 20 minutes so I didnt have time to correct any of this at the time, and when I looked for my receipt so I could fill out their survey, nothing. This was right when school got out, so Im sure all the employees were brand new. Ill likely go again eventually and update to a better star rating considering that, and their only a short distance from home for me.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I always leave there disappointed and often times empty-handed. South Moorhead, MN store is ran by what appears to be nothing stoner 16 year olds that have no clue about service or hygiene. That place needs to be overhauled and get some real employees in there that have a clue.

This place isnt even worth the 1 star! Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes for 2 blizzards. We couldnt even back up as there were cars behind us. To make it even better, the blizzard was wrong! The worker said it would be about a 10 minute wait for the right one. Horrible service and long wait for nothing!!

Nothing. Slowest service in the cities of the FM area. They have one job, and cant produce. Took me 30 minutes from the time I ordered to receive it, from the drive-thru. And the guys excuse was, we ran out of butterscotch. Since when does a cheeseburger come with butterscotch??! Absolutely terrible!!!

I ordered 2 large blizzards and was handed two smalls. I was in the drive thru, so maybe they thought I just wouldnt notice. I believe it was the employees fault however. Ive had issues with the same person before. Same food as any other DQ though, just check to make sure its right.

I ordered my food and waited 20 minutes and me and my husband were the only ones there, when we asked where our food was the lady said "why dont you make it. Sit down, quit complaining or you arent getting your food." very disrespectful. Never going there again.

Terrible place. Waited so long for a blizzard i missed my kids first steps and his high school graduation. When I finally got my blizzard I drove away to find out later it wasnt the kind I ordered and my wife had divorced me.

Terrible customer service. 1/4 the amount of frys. Over priced. Called and explained the small amount of frys and asked if they cut back on the portion size and all I got was no. Not sorry not nothing. Not going back.

15 minutes in the drive through for 2 burgers and fries. They dont have crunch coat for cones, and they dont have cupcakes! Theyre my two DQ favorites, and my closest DQ doesnt have them. How is that possible???

Multiple pieces of our order were forgotten or messed up. Coffee was advertised, and not out on the counter where it was supposed to fill on your own, and we were charged double the price for a blizzard.

I absolutely love their $5 and $6 lunch deal, and I get it nearly every time I come here. Their blizzard selection is good, although I really wish theyd bring back the old ones.
