I have been there multiple times in the past 8-12 months. For at least three of the last four times it has been very hot and the flies have been TERRIBLE, making it miserable. They should invest in fly traps or something and turn the A/C down. It wasn’t just the party that I was with that felt that way - - there were other customers fanning and swatting flies too. There is a big gap at the top of one of the doors that needs to be fix; (1) to help with flies, and (2) to prevent the appearance that they dont care. Each visit, there has been either no soap or no paper towels in the men’s restroom. The service has been acceptable until yesterday (June 10th around 5:45 PM - 06:15 PM). There were three of us on one ticket. As we gave each order to the young man behind the counter, he seemed to be really put out that we had more to order. I dont consider 3 combos a big order. When we received our order, it wasnt right so we had to go back to him. He was eating at the counter which I dont consider acceptable - - just my opinion. Anyway, again he seemed put out that I was bringing back the wrong side item and asking for the right one. With an ATTITUDE he SLUNG a box to open it and FILLED it full of fries (instead of what a normal serving would have been). Note: I checked the ticket and it was correct so whoever filled the order is the one that got it wrong. But it was the one at the counter taking the order that made the negative impression. Overall - the atmosphere, service, and condition of the establishment needs improvment!

I give them 4 stars for these reasons. One, they try to be a little racist when the black people are not there. Two, they are a hit and miss on the taste of the chicken. Three, their wings and chicken strips are small, so dont order them unless you have a coupon. Sometimes their legs are super small, so check your chicken before you leave. I like this location a lot better than the one on St. Augustine and Lake June. The chicken is always hot and like I said when the black lady is there everyone seems to be super nice. She might be a manager the way them attitudes change up, but she is really nice herself. Dont know why racism is a factor when everybody money is the same color. Cut the racist crap when that lady is not there, be fair at all times.

Horrible place I was there this weekend and they mest up my order twice I order a 12 piece tender meal and they charged me 41 dollars since they added an extra 9 tender meal when I told them I only wanted the 12 piece meal and with an attitude they gave me my money back then when I whent to get my order I open it and it was not tender it was the other type of chicken I went back to tell them that wasent what I order they once again got an attitude and change it with a ugly face I had also order a cole slaw and thwy didnt gave it to me Im never again going back

The chicken is real good. Honestly I might think its better than KFC. I dont know for sure yet though. I havent been inside yet. I think you should have lids on your cups though cause the water is actually worth to get.

Food is good and always served hot. Place is always clean and most people working here are nice. You do have to make sure that you ask for condiments and napkins because they will not give you any if not asked.

I got there almost once a week because my kids love there tenders, I like it too but they are always slow and they have giving me my orders wrong so many time that now I always check the bags before leaving.
