I have been to well over a dozen different Sonics all over the metroplex and this one is by far my favorite! There are actually two other Sonics that are closer (one right across the road) and I happily make the extra drive to come here. I love the workers and their attitude, even when nights are super busy, or not busy enough they are always upbeat, polite, and very accurate with the orders which includes making the orders! These employees deserve a raise for sure!

DO NOT go to Sonic in Balch Springs TX on Shepard Lane if you dont want to be robbed. We paid for 6 meals and only given 5. They didnt give us a receipt. Called location and spoke to Brian Tucker (manager) he was rude and said there was nothing he could do. In my opinion they robbed us because we paid for something and didnt receive what we paid for.

Refused to serve me. Said it was to late while he was serving other customers. When I asked why. He told me it was 11:00 and I was to late. I would have understood but had worked at a sonic before I told the man that was baloney. He then told me to get lost, if I was to get his name I would tell you it so you can avoid his bad customer service.

I came in a little before 2pm saw one of my favorite cashiers (a white lady whose always smiling, I keep forgetting her name, she always gives me great customer service) Got great service the burgers and fries were great!!! Love it would def recommend!! The drinks are great!!!!

Consistently get orders wrong, sloppy, inconsistant, sell old that sent husband to the hospital from food poisoning and did I mention management has stank attitude, I dont spend my money when a place consistently give bad and unsatisfying service.

Made a mistake on my order clicked the button again and Adam had an attitude after I had told him that I was the one I made the mistake. To top it off my M&M strawberry waffle come sundae literally only had a few crumbs of mms.

Visited today 12/30/2015 at around 10pm. Food took 20 min from order to delivery to the car. Food was cold, the order was wrong as well. I wont be back. Avoid this place at all cost.

If I wasnt rushed for time, I would visit another Sonic. This one is very slow and on several occasions they forgot my order, as in lost it, like I never placed it.
