I am usually the best at reviewing places... I eat out 3 times a day and usually never even leave reviews unless I absolutely feel others should know about my experience. I ordered online this morning for breakfast, and it was by far the worst experience Ive ever had.... First off they disregarded all my requests for sides (sauces, utensils, napkins). secondly, there was barely any steak or egg on the bagels, and the omelet wrap was more wrap than egg or anything, I did not see an omelet... Usually breakfast spots are awesome with packed delicious sandwiches and very generous... I felt like my $27 for 3 breakfast sandwiches should have been less than $6, thats how little food and effort there was..... I am sorry I ever clicked the order button....

The experience has changed. They are slow and messy. Ordering a bagel with cream cheese takes 25 mins! The staff is nice but that does not make up for the slow service. The previous staff was faster and more efficient. Being the only breakfast spot next to work makes it so difficult not to keep coming here. For a breakfast and coffee place, it amazes me that the customer needs to tell them that they have no coffee, milk or sugar.

Its a great spot for a nice selection of quality bagels. The staff are all really nice, and I really liked the box of dozen bagels with two containers of cream cheese to take out on the road from NJ to FL. I stayed in Bayonne for a few days and I made Manhattan Bagel a morning routine.

Service is good and fast. The only thing that didnt sit well with me is that the employees wear gloves but dont take it off to take the money. The gloves are for grabbing food and keep things sanitary for the customers not to protect their hands.

Food is decent, staff is not. At least not the delivery driver who had an attitude because he had to drop off a paid for item that I did not receive the first time around. Wont be ordering from them again just for that reason.

Overpriced fake oj from carton sold as fresh squeezed. Options for cream cheese few. Not organic. Not healthy. Just working the middle class wannabes for extra 3-5 bux everytime they eat. Small bagel shops always best bread

Great bagel! One little thing is they really dont need to put the extra salt and pepper on the bacon egg and cheese sandwich.. The meat is already so seasoned. Quick and convenient breakfast spot.

Great food!!! The breakfast sandwich was as requested, however the iced coffee wasnt so great. Perhaps adding a variety of flavors like French vanilla or cookie dough, etc.
