Unwilling to refill a water cup said refills are only available same day. Now with that in mind. I understand if it was a soda, coffee or tea. It makes sense. But to continually was cups on refilling water seems to be not only a waste to the guest, but also destructive to the environment. I think the issue is they want there .25 per day for a freash cup of water. Still not a bad price it just seems destructive and a was of cups.

Went to counter to order a cup of coffe at 8:30pm, store closes at 9:00pm. They kid at counter said they didnt have coffee & he said they couldnt make it..more like he didnt want to make it!!!Terrible customer service!!
