I had a party of four, it took twenty minutes to receive napkins, silverware, and ten extra minutes to receive our drinks. When I got my drink there was chunks of brown stuff in it. I went for the lunch buffet and was extremely disappointed. When I arrived there were two tables both with one person. There was old food on the bar. It was sitting so long the cheese was chunky. And you could literally poke someones eyeball out with how hard the bread sticks were. I do not recommend the crosslanes Pizza Hut to anyone.

Good pizza, and other items. Prices can be very high. Service, ordering, preparing can be slow. If sport events, etc. occurring, this may increase order, preparation time, and delivery time to 60 minutes or more. Pizza dough on quite a few deliveries has not been properly cooked. We would have to finish "baking" to get rid of "doughness" in center of pizza. Delivery time is fair, and drivers have been courteous. Pizza Hut is not a restaurant we will be ordering from all the time.

I refuse to order pizza anywhere else for delivery! I order from here or dine in 4+ times a month. They are human and have made mistakes but have promptly corrected any issue ive ever had. The customer service here outshines every other pizza place in the area. The prices do too!

I ordered a 3 cheese stuff crust pizza at the last 30 minutes before closing & it was fresh as if i was there, everything about the pizza was awesome the crust the cheese OMG! just awesome. Keep up the good job! ;)

Dining room not clean. Food and drinks left at every table. Dirty floor. Waiter stayed busy taking instead of checking on customers. Some of the buffet food was getting old/hard.

Horrible. We ordered pizza at 8:30 for delivery. Called several times and finally they closed a 11pm. Never did get our pizza. Do not call this company for carry out

They had great service, but the food wasnt the best. Some of the food was half frozen. Other than that it is a great restaurant.
