5 months ago I gave this place 3 stars because the service was so slow. Today I ordered and paid with a credit card. Shortly a lady came out and said they had no onion rings. Looking at the screen, i briefly got a glimpse of my order price decreasing a little less than $2. When my order arrived, I noticed the car hop had $1 in her hand. My thought, Ill let her keep the change as a tip. She put the $1 In her pocket, handed me my order and asked if it was ok. I responded, it seems fine and waited. Nothing... So I asked her for receipt. She handed it to me. I asked her, you dont normally give the receipt to the customer without the customer asking. Her response, I zoned out a minute. I then asked her for my change. She counted it out and handed it to me. I started to give her the "mom" lecture explaining I would have let her keep the change if she had given it to me willingly. I didnt, why bother. I called the store, 2 rings and I was disconnected. So, now Im posting here for all the world to see.

Im on the phone with my husband right now and he has now been waiting over 30 minutes since ordering our food and it still has not arrived. Every single time Ive been to this Sonic the service has been absolutely terrible. Horribly slow, shakes are not mixed well or at all, items left out of my bag, car hops not bringing my change... This is the first time Ive come to this Sonic in about a month. I was told previously that they were under new management and that things should be getting better with the new manager. I call BULL. If you live in this area, Ive found that Long John Silvers always ha good service and quality food, as well as the Wendys. Id avoid this Sonic unless youre only buying drinks.

I gave this sonic location another chance. I ordered 4 piece mozzarella sticks, was on my way home when I noticed the mozzarella sticks did NOT have cheese at all, they were really greasy as well. I had gone before and the lady in the speaker told me to "get some sleep" after I had told her that Ive been waiting for my order to arrive, only to know that she did not take the order because she thought I had changed my mind. I was shocked, I had told her then if shes going to take my order now, but then immediately changed my mind and told her never mind its fine and she replied with get some sleep, maam. I found it really unnecessary and unprofessional, these employees need to work on their etiquette.

My order was incorrect and I had to speak to 3 different employees just to get the right item in my meal. I ordered in bulk for many people and my order wasnt repeated back to me until I asked the first employee when she delivered my food. I told her an item was wrong & she told me to tell the person on the intercom. I did and a second employee came out to ask what was wrong & I gave her the item I didnt order. Then I waited for an unnecessary amount of time & pushed the intercom AGAIN and had to explain AGAIN then immediately a third employee came with my item. This could have been handled differently and in a more organized manner.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!!! They are lazy ass people that take forever with the order! I was 1 minute late after they closed they still had customers and all I wanted was a cup of ice & they told me to come back tomorrow in such a rude way!!! Her name is Jocelyn! She is so rude and never greets a customer with a smile! All the other employees are okay havent had any problem with anyone else! Very bad service! I wish I could say Im not going back but thats the only close sonic near me

. . .patiently waited 20 minutes for 2 toasters. burnt eggs over cooked bacon. . and yes I have a problem with my bread being uneven and facing different directions. The picture on the menu looks awesome. . .what I was given was a whole nother story. They wont have to worry about me or anybody I know returning to this slow sloppy sorry out of condiments Sonic. . and yes I just sent my order back in for the second time. . .Bring me whats on the menu

I hate this place. The employees cant hear no one right n I always have to repeat my self at least 3 times. They have messed up my order too and I had to wait an hour because I already payed. Then when I told them they messed up my order they got mad and rolled there eyes at me. So what the employee did is give everyone else order and left me at the end as a pay back. I wont be coming here EVER again.

went, took at least 30 minutes and when we got our stuff I found a small piece of cheese in my sundae, my moms "blast" wasnt even a blast it was a shake, and asked for a frozen lemonade but the machine didnt work like always. Ordered a strawberry banana shake today found what looks like a molded piece of strawberry. Im most likely not going anymore...If I could I would give it 0 stars

This is a nasty place to eat at I ordered a #13 and they gave me a small drink when I was suppose to have a medium drink, then tried to lie about the drink size,I told them I have the same combo twice before in North Dallas. I went inside to complain, the store in the inside was very nasty, trash all over floor, counter tops nasty.

This location always got something going on i would waite awhile thinking some changes are made its still the same its just convenient thats all costumer service is awful service the same. I ordered a drink. 30 min later I had not gotten my order. When I pushed the order button to find out about my order. They didnt even have my order so I left after over 30 min with nothing. My daughtet had the same experience last week. I wont be going back.

Busy or not.. service is terrible, if you need a refresher for the heat, youll probably run out of gas, or melt away... you choose.. The slushy in the picture is supposed to be a strawberry one.. just a BAD PLACE

On 8/20 We can to get some food at night 4 cars outside and no one taking orders....9:54p.m. it took 20mins just to get my order..... ITs seems that the workers dont want to work just play inside the building.
