Extremely slow service and low quality traditional wings. We ordered an 8 wing traditional combo with fries (half garlic parm and half Hawaiian) and a 6 wing boneless combo with fries (half garlic parm and half cajun). The meal took 36 minutes to come out. Despite ordering first, 2 groups came in afterwards (seemingly friends with the workers) and were served first. The fries were quite overcooked (but had a great seasoning) and the boneless wings were also overcooked. The traditional wings were a 3/10 and for the most part it is easy to buy better frozen wings from any grocery store. The sauces were pretty good, but the cajun was nothing to write home about. The restroom had an empty toilet paper dispenser, and instead they had just placed a roll of toilet paper on the ground. All in all, I wont be back due to the terrible service. If not for the sauces and seasoning being tasty, Id give this a 1-star.

Very slow service. Ive been here twice. Once with my daughter, we waited almost 40 minutes for 10 wings. The employees then didnt call our name when it was ready, so I had to go up and ask about where our order was. The second time, I called ahead and was told they would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got there on time and had to wait a total of 40 minutes. The second time, the wings were sitting in a thick layer of oil and of much lesser quality/taste than the first visit. Plus, for just a small lunch of 8 wings, a small fry and small drink it is over $10. Dont think Ill be going back here any more.

Food was hot, made to order, friendly cashier. Pretty slow, only person there and took just under 15 minutes to get food. Wings were not impressive, overpriced for quality. So you have wings... you eat with your fingers.... but no wet naps and get this no napkins, there is a single roll of brown paper towels on the counter, not in a dispenser, for customers, doesnt even feel sanitary. Restroom doesnt have paper towels either just an air dryer so almost no way to avoid touching the germy door.

Hands down my favorite wings in town! Ive always loved Wing Stops Cajun wing sauce. Im really confused why people call it really expensive. I can get an 8 or 10 piece combo with two wing flavors, seasoned fries, ranch and a drink for half of what I pay pre-tip for the same at a very popular wing chain we have in town. And its more food!!! Order times can take a long time, but I always order online. Ive only been held up once when ordering online.

Food was delicious. Boneless wings were a good size, and all of the flavors were bold and tasty. People complaining about how long it takes the wings to come out obviously dont appreciate the fact that they are cooked to order. You can have fast, or you can have fresh. Service was great. They let us try the sauces before ordering, and the cool came around to ask how the meal was. Definitely going back.

The wings taste pretty good, with great sauce flavors, I had the cajun fries and they were great. However, with the place being new, the service was a little slow, and prices are higher than other wing places. Monday and Tuesday are 60-cent wing days. Its also a little cramped as far as seating goes. Overall, WingStop is definitely worth checking out.

Very small with limited seating. Service is rather slow and I received my food before others who had ordered before I did. My wings left a lot to be desired. My wings were swimming in grease and extremely greasy in taste. I can get better wings at other places and for much cheaper.

Me and my wife went for our first time and wasnt impressed at all. The restaurant was really warm. The boneless wings were a great size but the flavors were blah. We had 4 out 10 flavors, 3 of which were to hot for our taste. All in all better tasting wings other places.

I was really looking forward to lunch there yesterday only to be disappointed... Frys were limp and I was not impressed with the pre-breaded frozen boneless wings, I did notice the traditional wings were fresh. My gut is still messed up... Save your $$$...

The new assistant manager is awesome she has really turned things around there.. Things are well runned n the food is great and its really clean.. I enjoy going in and talking to her she is friendly n on top of her job.. Job well done Ms.Lady..

Had some awesome traditional atomic and Cajun wings. It might take a while to get your order because they cook it to order but its worth the wait and at least you dont get those gross cold wings like at bdubs after they sat there a while.

The wings were good flavor. But the value is pathetic. Very expensive to not get wet naps or even napkins! You can go sit down somewhere else and get the same for meal including tip for the server you dont have here. Just keep driving.

Crappy slow service, high prices and mediocre food. Got to listen to an auction over the radio to boot. Very small place. Seems like who ever came up with the the idea to bring a Wingstop to BG did it very half assed.

So I thought the meal was good and the flavors were good but the wings were almost comical in size. $40 and for a side of fries and 30 quarter size boneless wings with drinks. Now Im still hungry.
