overrated, waitress did not have on a happy face, I ordered the rochefort burger, and was given a stare as if I was some type of cheapskate. nevertheless I left a nice tip, and did not even get a thank you. Tried one more time on another night and had drinks at the bar which was OK.

We had to waite a while even with a reservation on a Sunday night. And for the price, Ive honestly had better steaks in NY and DC. With that said, the steak was pretty good. I would come back once more to give it another shot and try something else.

I love this Palm. The steaks and lobsters are always perfect, the service is consistently excellent. And they honor reservations. Not bad for celebrity spotting, either.
