Hot and Ready pizza for $5 is always a great deal! People at Little Caesars in Yorkville or very nice, always very pleasant. The pizzas are consistent and our kids love them! I have to take away one star because the pizzas arent always ready, this is true especially Friday and Saturday nights. Now I understand its because of the volume of pizzas being sold and thats why I take just one star. Other than that, great place to get a cheap pie!

It is what it is. You go there for a fast Pizza, not a good Pizza. Hot & Ready needs to be rebranded as Warm and 10 Minute wait. Walked in, ordered Pizza, sat and waited. 5 minutes later, cashier asked me what I ordered. They never started my Pizza. So, 20 minutes later, I walked out with my hot and "ready" pizza.....next time Im just saving the headache and buying a Red Baron at the store

Went in for a hot and ready pepperoni with extra sauce. They charged me for the extra sauce - which is free. I tried to discuss it, its even on their website. They fed me some bullshit. Apparently since they didnt have any hot-n-readys available, mine had to be custom ordered, thus the extra charge. So I pay more because they werent prepared...love it. Never coming back.

This place needs some real help, im sorry but their sooo slow their management needs to step up and due something about slow pizza place its supposed to be a fast pizza restaurant. Not a wait 30 min. For your order. I have had this issue more than 4 times and this place is losing alot of customers

Horrible service!! Unbelievable! Waited 25 minutes for 1 pizza which they said would be ready in 6-8 minutes! Never will I go to this location again! I asked for a refund to go to another location. First and last time in this Yorkville location!

For the price, its not bad. The cost to quality ratio is definitely in their favour. It can get busy at times and there can be some wait times, but for the business they get, one cant hold it against them. The updated interior is a nice change.

Ordered a hot and ready and Italian bread. They made pizza fresh which I was happy about. I fed the kids then I ate later, the edges, near the crust were dough. And its to late one of the kids already at 4 pieces. Not going back

I love how to say hot and ready I walked in at 12:40 on a Wednesday and have nothing ready no sausage no pepperoni or cheese nothing hot and ready to go says it would be 8 minutes before something comes up.
