TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD! Iam Venezuelan and wanted to eat patacon relleno. Never visited this place before. So i went thinking i was going to have a great experience. 1st of all place was totall empty (not a good sign) it was disorganized) but well... i ask the girl in the counter for a patacon relleno and let her know it was my first time there. Waiting at the table i could hear the people from tge kitchen talking so loud, could almost hear all the conversation. I though how unpleasant and unprofessional. Well when the patacon came it look ok. But as soon as i tried to cut with the knife it was hard as a rock. Not even with both hands i could break it. I called the only waitress there and told her that the patacon was not fresh and show her how hard it was. She said to me that it was fresh lying in my face. She ask in the kitchen but they didnt wanted to give me another one. Other customers starting arriving an seeing me so dissapointed they told me that i was right that it was not fresh. People grom Venezuela needs to change when they come here. In the USA customer comes first. Is not a good business to try to deceive people like back in Vzla. (Never going back there again)

La comida es malisima, pedimos unos patacones de carne y la carne esta re fria y tiene tanta porqueria ensima que ni se puede disfrutar, el servicio pesimo y demorado. demoraron como 30 minutos para hacer dos patacones y lo peor de todo es que la carde y los demas ingredientes los tenian pre hechos en el frente. Lo unico rico del restaurante es la cocacola. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

The food looks better on their pictures in social media than it actually tastes. My empanada was super oily and didnt have much flavor. The arepa pelua was alright, not the best Ive had. I thought it was pretty pricy for what I got ($16 for an arepa, empanada and jugo de mora). I paid $1 extra for a small piece of avocado. Customer service lacks a welcoming attitude. When I arrived at the restaurant, the girl simply said in a somber tone and with a serious face, "What would you like?" Other little details such as the tables being dirty, food all over the floor and no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands with made my experience here a 2 out of 5.

Do not eat here! beware service in this place sucks, they are rude and unprofessional from the staff to the owner my experience with this place wasnt a pleasant one, I order delivery not only took an hour but the food arrived messy and cold, on top of that they forgot an item in the order, trying to solve this issue with them was impossible and i can tell no one in this restaurant is trained to deal with any customer issue. They never solve the problem, and they dont honor their words or recognize their mistakes, also the food was disgusting do not waste your money here.

Excelente lugar, es lo más cercano que hay de comer como en casa! Su gente siempre amable, es toda una familia y en donde te hacen sentir parte de ella! 100% recomendado! La catina, las empanadas, arepas, churrasco, el pollo todo!

Listen, the food here is delicious and I always found the service to be ok. I dont quite understand why a bunch of people expected the staff to be bright lil sunshines, I mean Im sorry. Venezuelans are straight to the point, its just how they are. (Im Venezuelan) the staff should definitely employ an english speaker, Im sorry to hear in the reviews that they do not. Anyway, I do recommend going here, the place is definitely a good eat.

Horrible costumer service. My friend went there and tried to order food he doesnt speak spanish. They completely ignored him. They didnt even try to listen even though he was telling them what he wanted. I ordered a cachapa and it was not good simple taste not good at all. Their chicha was ok

I like the restaurant. The food is great tipical Venezuelan food. The cachapas, arepas, carne mechada, pabellon criollo, queso de mano, empanadas and juices are great. Give it a try you wont be dissapointed.

Food from here sucks, try the patacón and its horrible the pork is only fat belly. The chachapa is just dough with cheese. Dont ever uber eat this place. Only good is the tequeños.
