never I mean never get my order right, always forget things, and on top of that it is always over and hour to get here and it is cold. I stop ordering from them for 3 months, tonight I really wanted pizza hut so I tried and it will be my very last time, and Jennifer sweetheart if you really are a manager get your crew together because having a bad attitude with customers wont get you anywhere, hello 2.5 stars is a awful rating !!!! I have to say I live less than a mile away, I cant drive so I depend on deliveries sadly, this will be 1 less and Seagoville dont have many options .

So. I ordered tonight, Around 8:30, they said it would take roughly 30 minutes to get it here. I live 3 minutes from them. Hour and 15 minutes goes by. I decided to give a call. I give her my name and everything. She tells me "oh Im your driver but the online ordering is messing up. And now the delivery time is over so.." so the lack of customer service really did it for me. And Ive never had any complains but this one really annoyed me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have no clue how this place is even open still. I never order from Pizza Hut out of the blue Sunday we tried. It was raining they said due to the weather our systems are down and we are unable to make pizzas. So then today we tried to order, placed order online for delivery called and they said that we have to come get it because they do not have delivery drivers.

Seems like every time I order from this Pizza Hut they always leave something at the store. Whether its my 2 liter soda, or my breadsticks, without fail they will have to make a return trip. I think at this point we will be a dominoes family.

Waited Over 20Minutes for a Pizza only to be told Ovens Werent up to Temperature & They would Give me a Refund Instead of My Pizza - As they are boxing up other Pizzas
