I wish I could give a negative rating. I never left a negative review before. Extremely bad service. People working here are extremely arrogant. Yesterday We ordered a tray chicken biriyani which they took 45 mins to deliver with four filled tabes. After coming home we realized they forgot to give gravy that comes with biriyani. I went back to ask them. He kept me waiting to say they dont serve gravy for biriyani which is of course not true. On the top of that he is absolutely rude. Turned out that they are out of gravy. I walked out of there thinking it was my mistake coming here in the first place. I like the biriyani but I dont want to be visiting a place where people treat you so rude. Never experienced such bad service in Bay Area. I advice people not to go here and get disappointed.

This is the worst restaurant in Fremont. I suggest you to not go for This restaurant because what happend is that I orderd chicken mugail and panner Tikkka masala butter nan and ulava Charu biryanis the Briyani was really salt and I seriously and I am honestly saying after eating that food I got Motons and vomitings please please dont go this worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst restaurant in Fremont

Taste is good but too spicy. Service is worst. Found hair in the goat biryani and I am never going back again. Everytime I go to there manager is in argument with customer about bad service.I heard complaints and arguments between staff and customers directly and on phone almost all the time. They did not charge for item in which hair was found but charged for other items and they did not regret much

Where is the Zero stars ? 1. The food doesnt even taste close to the original bawarchi we are all fond of. 2. Very unprofessional management. Think twice before you want to organize an event at this place. Make sure you have everything you talk with them on paper. They are like chameleon. Changes everything within minutes. Absolute Rubbish !

We use to party a lot from office and tried this new one at fremont. Pretty decent but didnt like ambience much.. same as the case with most other outlets. Like the Viz Biriyani, Menthili fry, Ulavacharu Biriyani and Hyd Dum Biriyani. Punukulu isnt that great

We ordered veg biriyani medium spicy. However its very spicy.it was on Friday evening and we thought its going to be fresh but it was not even fresh. Smells different. We trashed it. I wont suggest this restaurant to my friends.

Worst customer service ever. We booked there hall and catering service for small occasion, the party started at 6 and these people didnt even put any food or stiff on the tables, on the top there food taste horrible!

Food was delicious but the owner was rude. I had a Groupon, so owner treated me like I was getting food for free. He initially refused to honor the Groupon because my bill was $24.98 and Groupon was for $25 !!!

Food seems little dry. We ordered few items from their lunch menu and quite surprised the way they are prepared. They tasted more like fast food items rather than proper meal to me.
