Didnt really hate just bad business. Walked in 3 guys standing around no one else there, place was totally empty. Looked at the wall menu, no greeting no nothing. 2 of the guys scattered, one sweeping the floor just looked at me, said nothing. Didnt leave me feeling welcome. Sorry if I got your guys in trouble just bad business. Walked across the street to Jimmy Johns - same deal no one there got greeted and served quick.

Very disappointing visit. Wasnt acknowledged for five minutes. Ignored by two young men behind the counter. One of them finished making a sandwich facing me then turned and left. When he did returned he got into a whispered conversation with the other counterman. Thats when I left. Potbellys two blocks away, "Warm & Toasty" with very friendly and efficient counter help.

This place was a big disappointment. I was charged $13 for a combo meal, yet the food, the service and the entire dining experience were all essentially no different than going to a Subways. If you really want to help first responders, eat some place reasonable and then just make a direct contribution to your local fire department.

I walked in and the girl working was very nice and was ready to take my order and the youngan was making sandwhiches. While they were not helping customers they were cleaning the shop. I really had a great visit and also enjoyed my meal. Great job guys and gals keep up the good work.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
