I went on a Thursday around 12:30am and Anna was working the window and she took my order also. She was a bit rude. Then I received my order which included 4 well done tacos. Before leaving the parking lot I checked to see if everything was in my bag. Then I proceeded home. When I got home and reached in to give my 10 year old her tacos they where absolutely DISGUSTING. They felt like very smushy and dripped with grease. Not well done at all. They seemed like that were old soggy tacos that had been sitting under their warmer for an hour. I refused to give those to my child. I called JITB spoke to manager David he apologized over and over again and let me know the lady on the fryer was new and he would speak to her. I let him know I lived at 15 minutes out and I wasnt going bk tonight. He then he offered to give me a full refund on my entire order. He stated he would tape up the receipt up where the am manager would see it and let her know to give me a refund. I said ok I will be there tomorrow. I show up the next day and manager ELVIRA was very rude she looked at my pictures and then went and grab the receipt left by David and stated she would not give me the full refund and that it was to much money to refund for giving me bad tacos. I was so upset b/c this is my second time coming up here wasting my gas and time. And she just wanted to give me $2 refund smh. I dont think so I let her know what David said she said well I cant do that and after me getting even more upset I started to make a stink about it b/c how are yall going to offer me to make things right one way and not honor it and then wast me time & gas for $2. I wouldnt have drive up there again for no darn $2. She then slapped $5 on the counter and said thats all I can do. I felt so lied and disrespected. I will never do business with this fast food again. I moved in to a recently new built community and trust me I will get word around how awful i was treated. Also if you eat here please not only check that all your food is in your bag, but also check the quality of your food.

This Jack in the box is horrible.... I will no longer eat at this location. First off the lady who took my order had the worst Customer Service . She was inpatient and had a very Rude Attitude. She Minas well not take the food Orders, if shes not going to listen anyways. When I got to the Drive thru window she was making me wait for her to finish her story to her Co Worker while the window was open. For wich I had to listen to her complain about Jack in the box customers. Out of all things why would you complain about Customers in front of a customer....? So.... back to my Jack in box experience.... This Employee who took my order charged me for an Extra Burger wich I could tell the total was wrong, because it was an extra six dollars. So it was noticeable. As Im telling her about the mistake shes Rolling her eyes and sighing at me wile talking to me with an attitude. When clearly she made a mistake and should be apologizing, and fixing the mistake. Finley after getting my money back and my food wich took a very long time to wait for. The food was gross wich I usually like from other locations. Oh and to prove that they gave me nasty food... I posted some pictures of it. I have had a bad experience at this location before, but this takes the cake I will no longer eat here, and I strongly suggest no one else should.

I understand it a fast food understand and it really depends on who working on the shift. On July 15, 2017 around 530am, was at the drive through order area. The lady told me please wait a minute, please. I said okay it no problem. Within 15 minutes passed by, still no update or anything. I said hello again to the microphone, no answer. I know I should of just drove off, but if the worker didnt want to get my order at least be nice enough to let me know or a status update, than keep someone waiting and never answer back. Keep in mind it was not busy and I was the only one in line.

5-10-17-6:10pm cashier name the receipt says his name is diego, terrible service and food we went back to tell them about the guacamole chiken sandwich ,he says its just one spoon but showed him the burger without guacamole at all , even that he gave me nothing ,also no curly fries at all on curly fry burger,always is same they mess up the order,there s never manager who can talk about complainting. im done , i never come back,this place sucks

No stars if possible I placed a big order through the drive thru and asked the girl if she was sure my whole order was there and she said yes! When I get home my sons 10 piece nuggets were missing so I drive all the way back and they dont even apologize or anything and hand me the 10 piece nugget with an attitude! I guess they thought I was lieing or whatever but who would let their meal get cold and drive 8 mins to pick up "free" nuggets!

Worst jack in the box ever .... Horrible costumer service i just went there right now because i had gone like 30 min. Ago and they gave me all of our four burgers with no pattys .... The lady at the drive thru with the worst attitude ever i really can not believe i had to drive back and on top of it deal with this people. In my opinion bad costumer service i would not recommend this place to anyone

Fryers are super dirty at night. Not even going to eat my fries because of all the black specks on it from the dirty frier. No it isnt pepper, and its gross. We are currently barricaded in, all exits blocked. Including the front door which was hastily blocked with a trash can as the employee saw two girls walking towards the door at approximately 12:23 AM. Terrible service, terrible employees.

This place is b.s. we ordered 20 bacon ranch tacos, 10 piece nuggets and a LG coke and got no sauce what so ever an the come had no F***king ice ! How the hell do you eat tacos with no Hot sauce and drink a drink with no ice. I have called this place may times since last night and no one will answer ! Worst place ever !

Was told to go fu*k myself by employee and when my $8 chicken sandwhich was wrong I was asked to bring the burger back the next day in order for an EXCHANGE for my correct burger. Needless to say corporate heard from me. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
