The most pathetic and ridiculous rip off of money. I ordered the Cinco de Mayo special. The three taco shells were stale, the meat was very salty and so greasy, it was puddling at the bottom of the box. I ordered an unsweet tea, and was given sweet. To top things off...the chocolate Extreme mini blizzard I ordered was mostly vanillia ice cream with a few specs of chocolate! If your traveling on I45 and need a place to eat...DO NOT GO TO THE DAIRY QUEEN IN HUTCHINS. TX!

Very bad service. Two days in a row, my order was wrong. When I called to complain about it. The "manager" gets on the phone with a horrible attitude as if I came in the kitchen and made the food wrong. Kept interrupting and talking over me. Wouldnt even let me get my complaint out. I called to have her remind her cooks to pay attention to the orders instead she goes on about how the cant refund. I DIDNT CALL FOR A REFUND. I CALLED FOR YOU TO GET IT RIGHT.....

asked me if I was paying cash or card I asked why she said cause we ID Im credit cards I laughed and was like does it lool.like i.domt have an ID? she replied no I was just letting you know we ID so then I was kind of taken back are you assuming that Im going to use a stolen credit card or something? she didnt know what to say...o dont know of it was racist stereotypes or what but I felt kind of disrespected!!

The food was good other than i ordered my burger with mayo n was given mustard, the pregnant black girl had the worst s ever n then u say n watched her talking to the cook about how agitated she was n her attitude showed it u droves 23 min in a great Xmas spirt n then then ass man while we was talking to her about the girl she just walked off...really!gotta do BETTER

Im amazed everytime I go back. It seems as though the order is never correct. The employees seem very flippant about the mistake and often make things worse when they try to correct the order. If it wasnt nearby, I would definitely stop going, but even a wrong order still delivers tasty treats.

I was rudely Ided and the staff was extremely rude. It took me a while to find my Id and it seemed like they was happy to not give me my food of I didnt have it. Luckily i found it just to find out they got my order wrong. Wouldnt recommend this dq to my enemies!

We ordered nachos and chicken basket, ,as far as the nachos go I had to return them because I couldnt get the cheese to come out of the cup to pour on to the nachos,then the toast was burnt in the basket ,not good wont b back, ,service and servers where very nice

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes!! My food was cold and the ice cream was too melted for my family to enjoy. They even have the guy behind me his food before mine. Their fries tasted like they just fried em again and game out oily and hard.

The most pathetic Peanut Buster Parfait Ive ever seen came from this location. I have frequented many DQ locations across the U.S. and Canada and have never seen this poor quality before. I would rate this location zero stars if I could.

The workers were to busy playing grab ass while i was at the register and missed part of my order. Took for ever to get the food and then they just slammed it on the table. The were goofing off whole time I was there.

Drive thru was ok, long line but efficient. I was disappointed with the mini chocolate blizzard I ordered because it had little to none brownie pieces and chocolate chunks. It tasted more like a chocolate shake.
