Incredibly loud. Other than the shouting "hello" and "goodbye" at every guest, the Spanish speaking employees are constantly yelling and laughing at full volume. The topics are often unsavory but apparently they expect that no one that doesnt look like them speaks spanish? Entire restaurant is greasy and dirty (like a KFC). The grill throws up vaporized grease all day. They mop the kitchen, bathroom and restaurant with the same mop (typical but it makes things greasy) and the dish rag they use for the tables is all greasy. The food is super greasy, which makes it "moist" but they wrap it in foil instead of paper or anything which accentuates the greasy oiliness of it all. The fries are apparently fried straight from raw. They always are soggy. they usually use a russet so it comes out brown as if it was fried. But theyre more like cottage fries or home fries, not "french fries". Occasionally get the urge to eat there when I dont feel like fast food... and food isnt so great in this part of the country anyway.

How a restaurant should be run! The staff at Five Guys, Edgewater MD is by far the best group of employees Ive ever seen. I was a business owner and wish I could have a staff like them! Your orders are prompt,complete and delicious, consistently. When the business is slow, they clean- not just the surface, everything! Great group, I hope the management rewards them well. Oh yeah, and the burgers are my favorite! :)

Best damn burger around, period ! Clean store, cheerful staff and AWESOME burgers and fries ! Back in the 1980s, I would grab lunch at their first and original location in Alexandria, Va., before they grew to multiple locations. I am happy to report that they havent changed the way they taste !!!

By fat the best Burger I have had in this area. The staff of ladies are always friendly and the food is consistent. The fries are AMAZING!!!! Hope they pay them well...the place is spotless and its great to see how many pellets tip them. they deserve it : )

One of the cleanest five guys Ive ever been to. These girls know what theyre doing. Always comforting to see the grill being cleaned while youre eating. This place was spotless and a true example of how a restaurant should be run.

This one is pretty good with plenty of ample parking everyone seemed really happy that work there the food was made perfectly to order and I usually make a very complicated Burger. The price is about a dollar more expensive
