Nice place to have lunch/brunch. Offers a wide variety of dishes which are both fresh and tasty. Enjoy the ambiance and setting. This was the second location of this chain I have been too and it felt a bit more crowded and chaotic, though I guess it being the weekend that should have been expected. Also felt the service was a bit slower but then again weekend lunch rush hour probably is to blame. Anyway even though it is a bit expensive I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to eating at this location soon.

Dont go here if you are looking for a hot cup of coffee with your breakfast! Thought I would try this again...still the coffee is not hot...its lukewarm, barely. They make a pot ahead, and it just sits there, losing heat...and must sit there until the first pot is empty! The first time that i mentioned it, i got a very public, defensive admonition from the manager...that it was just fine. Twice, Ive seen customers who said they were watching for a fresh pot to be put out.

I love La Madeleine normally. This location needs help though. Badly. Order screwed up twice. Soup was cold. Romaine is nothing but stem. The beef in the French dip was overcooked and flavorless. I am bordering on angry because of how much of a crap sandwich this visit has been. Never again at this location and likely not for a long time at any other. I cant support this level of incompetence.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE la Madeleine and I always have but honestly this over isnt my favorite. I miss the cafe line where I can see the options and choose what I want and I think the staff is missing that "French country" charm that la Madeleine is known for. My favorite menu item is the chicken friand and its left much to be desired the last two times Ive ordered it here.

Went here for breakfast (2 adults and 1 child) and paid $35 for standard fare. Bits and pieces of the meal trickled out, and the server seemed not to want to bring my husband the croissant and bacon that were part of his meal. Placed an order to go the kid that answered the phone said 30 minutes I get there in exactly 30 minutes go to pay the cashier says they didnt get my order and asks me for my order again. I told her tell the person who answered the phone that if they arent going to put the order in why answer the damn phone! !!!

Amazing service by the manager Pete. We had to wait a little longer because they got quite busy. After our dinner, the manager came to our table and apologized for the wait, and offered us free deserts that were amazing ! Thanks again for an amazing experience Pete!

My husband and I discovered the gem one night when we went searching for desert that wasnt ice-cream. Then I took my best friend and she loves this place too. The food is amazing, he desert is to die for. The employees are friendly and helpful when you ask questions.

The food was fairly good,but the lighting made me feel like in was in an emergency clinic, led is not always good if you are striving for a homey atmosphere. I was dissappointed the baked entrees are no longer on display, and the spinach brochette is no longer sold.

Took 50 minutes to get our take out order of a salad and a sandwich and there was hardly any other customers there. The cashier even said "yea, slowest Friday Ive ever seen". They get 2 stars because when I finally got home to eat it, the food was amazing.

One of my fave places, been going since my BFF and I were in highschool (which was a very long time ago now lol)... Would meet and sit on patio for lunch but have been back often ever since. Must try the tomato basil soup and chicken la Madeleine! YUM!

I unfortunately got stomach poisoning after eating here, so I was pretty dissatisfied (to say the least). I got a Caesar Salad and tomato soup (channeled my inner suburban white girl). The only decent pat of the meal was the soup.

Go there with my Mom and even though the food tastes really good, the portions are small. Prices are higher than other places nearby, but hey, you pay for French food and the ambience as well! Id eat here any day.

Sunday afternoon, few customers & the tables & floor were dirty. Couldnt find clean silverware. Soup was not hot. Lettuce was wilted. In 25yrs have never seen one in this condition. Staff was nice & friendly.

Horrible service...the kitchen was a nightmare..only half our food showed up and 20 minutes later..more promises and no food so we left. The food we did get was great. Wont be going back to this location.

I had an omelette with 3 ingredients:ham, spinach, and mushrooms- either the ham was bad or the eggs because 2 hours after I ate I had horrible abdominal cramps - they definite dont use fresh ingredients
