Not sure if also common with adults but they treat teens like crap!!! Me and my friends often go to this Ledo pizza and we have always had been treated with very bad customer service! We always have to get the waiters attention to order & get our check . They always ignore us and pretend they dont see us when we need assistance. Once the waiter got my order wrong 2 times In a row. I asked for a veg in pizza and no. Got something else. I could have told the manger and got my pizza for free !!! but I didnt tell the manager because I didnt want the waiter to be in trouble or get fired but I was very frustrated. I Went home with no satisfaction but regret for being a loyal customer. Today we experinced the same horrible customer service but was told that we were rude because we were fed up them and tired so we didnt feel like playing their famous I didnt see you games so we walk to the front to pay for our meal since they were being rude and trying to ignore us, when only two tables were occupied!!! Also there were so many dirty tables including the one we sat a but didnt complain about. We clean our own table, we received dirty plates so we wiped them down ourself. THEY ARE REALLY RUDE , if they dont know how to talk to people and make sure that the dinning area is well maintained, Then they shouldnt be working at ledos ! I used to love going there but know I HATE IT THEY ALWAYS BRING MY SPIRIT DOWN WITH THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDE LOOKS. ALSO! The waiter almost always force tips!!!!!!! Like we are teens we dont have money like that!! And plus with their horrible customer service they should be ASHAMED!

Myself and a few of my co-workers from Walter Reed AMC ordered some food at your Georgia Ave location today. We first decided to take-out. So we ordered our food at the counter. So a few of our other coworkers came in so we decided to eat in. So when my food I ready I waited for my others co-workers and we sat down at one of the tables. One of your employees was so rude. Body language was bad. she put both hands on the table and lend over and told us we were unable to eat our food that we purchase from Ledos at the table since we purchase at the counter. That was a first. I would have understood if I purchase my food from the MacDonalds next door and brought it to your location. Since I purchase my food from your location, I did not see the big deal. At the time it was only two or three others tables being occupied at the time. I think it was very unperfessional and customer service class may need to be taught at this location. This happen around 1:15 on 23Aug2011. I am a very unhappy customer. Ledos have lost a good customer.

Pizza is my absolute favorite food and this pizza is absolutley delicious, it is light and airy but so so good, a little pricey but worth every penny. Atmospherre is quaint, its a permanent food truck with heat warmers and very cool memorabilia and about 10 tables or so, very nice atmosphere, they serve beer and wine too, so so delicious! Go next door to Baked Bear after for a delicious dessert!

The food has never disappointed me at any of the Ledo Pizza chains in the DMV area. I am just concerned with the Ledo Pizza on Georgia Avenue. The eating area was not cleaned, the carpet needs to be replaced, the windows needs cleaning, & the booths need an upgrade to get rid of the massive amount of tape that is probably covering up holes & slits.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had as a newbie. Drew gave me the best customer service and helped me read through the menu to figure out my need. He didnt stop there....he carried my order to the car and positioned them for safe travel and wished me well. The food was beautiful and delicious

Im saying this because I never had any problems at all and I always recieve good service from them and their pizza is delicious and I always get my order on time so I always recommend getting my pizza here whenever I want some Ledos

I love going here. The food is delicious and its quick. They have thick pepperoni and use provolone cheese instead of mozzerella and you can tell. Plus they claim to make their dough fresh every few hours. Beats the hell out of the usual fast-food pizza

The service was great. Our server was very friendly, and the food came out fairly prompt. The pizza tastes a little better than average, though it isnt anything super unique. Its a great place to take the family or to go out with some friends.

Owner Kelly tried to argue with me because I ordered a salad with no onions. She said because it is Super Bowl Sunday they were too busy for special orders. Will never go there again. I thought I was the customer.

Their Ledos deluxe is REALLY good! I like this location in particular for their pizza. Ive been to the Kingstowne location & their pizza is good too but not as good as this one. Wings are also good.

A true neighborhood establishment. The owner is very active in the community and it shows. We regularly go here and its always good. I grew up on Ledos and its still one of my favorite pies.

The maneger is rude and tries to belittle the customer and I and a sous chef at a well established restaurant in the city hands down the worst experience and one of my best childhood places.

I dont know what it is about this ledos but every time I order a pizza from here it is perfect. The taste, the crust, and the toppings are great. Every time Im in this area, I stop here.

Pizza is pretty good but often they dont have stuff like milk or decaffeinated coffee and only have soda or water so youre stuck if you dont want sugar!
