If I could leave a zero I would. Ordered pizza online at 9. 11pm comes around and no pizza. I call the lady says "yeah Ive been trying to get ahold of you we have a problem with your pizza because we dont have a driver, you wont be getting your pizza tonight". I have zero missed calls or message and my phone number simultaneously rings to two tables to and my phone. No courtesy call, no care and no offer to make things right. Horrible customer service. I understand a driver might Bail but at least call. Act like you carry. Offer carryout alternative. Also there are 2 charges for $27.50. That are tying up nearly $50.00 on my avail credit.

I once order from this location and they told me it would take 60 minutes, but I still order. Guess what? 60 minutes passed by and I called asking them where was my pizza and they said it would be another 60 minutes. I didnt get any credit Nothing! The girl that answered the phone sounded like she didnt care. She sound annoyed, and mad. I placed my order around 10 something p.m and didnt get it almost until 1a.m!! Like seriously 1a.m!! And the pizzas werent even hot when I got them! They were cold! I wouldnt recommend this location

If you order online, and ask for delivery, I have never seen it without a 60-90 minute wait. When you switch over to carry out its always 15 minutes. But, 15 is a relative term. It might be 20 minutes. It might be 25. I could even climb to 30. As far as the food goes heres how Id rate it. Its better than Little Caesars. Its not as good as some of the local pizza places around. Its relatively inexpensive so just remember you get what you pay for. You want quality, go to a ma and pa place. Happy eating?

I ordered delivery from here four times, and three times, something was incorrect in my order. They always sent me replacements for free, but still. It always arrived in a timely manner and was hot and fresh, and the driver was always friendly, but I cant keep ordering from a place with a 75% mistake rate. Forgot my flavor drizzles, forgot flavored crusts, wrong flavor drizzle, wrong bread sticks... Pasta was always right though, so thats cool.

The person I was trying to place the order with was totally incompetent. Could not figure out how to do a change in the order. I wound up getting things that I didnt want. They forget parts of the order. Totally disappointed. Wish I could deal with the other store in town but they have territories and wouldnt let me. Huge disappointment and very expensive for what you get.

This is the second order that has been messed up. The marinara sauce for the breadsticks was so runny it ran all over the plate, Couldnt even get any of it on the breadstick and it was ice cold. Not sure we will order from them again!!! Even though its close, I will drive an extra few minutes for better quality and service.

WARNING! Food poisoning! We ordered and consumed a half Hawaiian half pepperoni last night. By 2 AM this morning, all three kids the wife and I were all puking and peeing out of our rears!! Had to cancel school and work. Very miserable! I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. Hell to the no!

It should be -4 stars we waited two hours , knocked once instead of knocking again they left and I had to reorder pizza and I got it even later and its all sauce no cheese no pep worst pizza I have had delivered. The owner needs to know this business sucks! I will never order from there again.

From ordering to delivery to eating.....PERFECT!! I have been ordering from your store for 4 years now. Your staff is always friendly and professional. Honestly, I have only had maybe 2 problems with my order or the quality. Simply amazing! Thank you so much staff at Troutdale Pizza Hut!!!

Was treated rudely over the phone and told that we had to order from Gresham, Gresham store then said they dont deliver in our area. I went online to order, and there was no problem getting our order. Honestly Ill be calling about this to a supervisor though, ridiculous.

I just spent 54 dollars for 3 large pizzas I was told 35 minutes took them well over an hr .pizza was terrible. Dried out. In fact it was embarrassing to offer it to my Im not done yet I wouldnt take a free pizza from this place

The food wasnt edible. Everything had a horrible taste to it. I would figure for a place like pizza Hut would at least have edible food. Im guessing alot of people feel this way. Im out 20.00 dollars. Still hungry...

Ordered a specialty mushroom chicken pizza and one chicken of piece on a slice? 5 on the whole pizza... fresh food was good. But wait a little long for mid day. 1 hour and 15 mins.

I will not be ordering pizza from here again. The pizza had barely any sauce or cheese and the bacon and chicken pieces were tiny little minced up bits. Completely disappointed!
