pathetic and rude response from management that to clearly there was mistake from their side....I have visited this restaurant couple of months back and ordered chicken briyani, they gave the briyani packed box in that we can clearly saw one roach / insect inside the food and when we complained about the same and asked couple of times about when was the briyani prepared...that lady at the billing shouted to us saying how many times we need to tell and it is freshh one bla bla...they also cna see clearly a insect inside the food instead taking that seriously and apologize to customer..they are shouting at customer when we question...that is very bad ..never take the briyani at peak hours and check it before taking it...

Recently took one cake it was pista, but it dint taste good, I went to complaint abt it to the hot breads, the owner was a little arrogant he was not accepting it instead he was rude and says no arguments, I say cake is good but you say its not good, I Wil refund or exchange it, I went for the exchange and again the same problem it dint taste good it was like expired, I went again but the owner had the same attitude he was not accepting the fact, well finally he gave refund though but I dint like the attitude of the owner.

They can take order and will make you wait 45 min and say they dont have cheese to make what I need. So I ask them make Chana masala and he goes oil is too hot they cant make Chana masala until it get cool by 300 Degrees so I ask them make me paneer tikka and he tell me he cant make that either. Worse service ever and I think this guys probably do some cash business under counter too because he also ask me if you pay cash he would give me 5% discount.

Pathetic ,unorganized and rude service..this place will remain popular not because its a great place,but because of its location and the kind of menu they hav..ordered a biryani and 50 min later I am told that the type of biryani I wanted will take a longer time..my receipt was 220..5 mis. After I was told recipe 245 and 246 get the same biryani in bigger numbers.then they realized they forgot to call my order in and trashed the recipt..

Worst Experience EVER. Period. Food is below average and service is HORRIBLE. If you want to help yourself please dont go to this restaurant. Im waiting for my food for 45 minutes. Guess what I ordered. Its Biriyani. Its not crowded either. Al right they messed it up. The part which made me angry is they didnt say sorry and they look at me like I owe them some money. I had ENOUGH. Thank you Hot breads.

we ordered simple Veg meal and we got the food after 45 minutes in spite of repeated reminders. Person in the reception told that we told the chef and its up to him when he will make it ready. Once we got the food.. we got hair in the rice bowl. When i show that to the person who served, he tried giving another cup and we rejected it. He asked if i need any cake or Pastry for the poor service :)

This is the first time ever I am writing a review, but what happened compelled me to write one! I was a long time customer, food used to be good before, but now the quality has degraded so much... I guess hot breads made its name in the market and that was it. Also PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE. I am never going back after my last experience with the food and people. WORST QUALITY.

Rude coustomer service. Went to eat in my lunch break. The guys who worked there kept stairing at my sister. I got really mad when i was ordering. Then it took then 56 mins to make 1 fricking DOSA. OMG I KEPT WAITING AND WAITING. They did not care at all and their behavior and attitude makes me think they hate working here. Or they getting really low salary.

I wish there was an option for giving a negative rating for this place. It is the worst ever ,the food is average. I had ordered a fried rice to go and they took more than hour to give me this upon that the people here are really rude and they where not even sorry for how they treated us .

Please never order any Sunday or Saturday specials Im this restaurant its full spicy unable to eat and the price is high they always ask pay with cash so give 5% cash discount this is their idea to escape pay tax to USA dont encourage this type of things Mutton beryani full bones

Food was AMAZING!! But dining room is hot, like REALLY HOT. You guys need jugs for water because we need to run back and forth to get water. Overall, the food was delicious and you never taste the unique, spicy flavours anywhere else, but you guys need Air conditioning.

Worst customer service. They dont care who ordered first. People who ordered after you will complete eating there food and you still will be waiting for your food, even though you ordered the same food. So if you want to go there be prepared for a long wait time.

The purpose of a phone order is to have the order ready by the time customer comes in. (A few mins delay is acceptable) Pathetically took 20 mins after reaching the place for pick up. Stupid service and folks working here should have minimum common sense.

Worst food I have ever seen man. Since it is walkable from my office I walked into Hot Breads twice... Man I swear it was tasteless. But it is always full of crowd, I dont know how people are eating there. I feel pity for there taste.

You could really get good spicy South Indian food at this place .Food here is much similar to what we get back in India especially snacks served after 4 in the evening . They have daily specials , overall nice place to try Indian food .

The first time i had snacks here was the main reason for me to return back. The front desk was very polite, they carried good customer care skills. But the snacks seemed to have been stalked for a long time, it didnt taste that good.

Have ordered a cake today for one of our Friends Birthday. The cake was sour in taste and perhaps outdated. Very bad experience... When we went to return nobody cared and instead they said it tastes like that.... Poor service...

Worst service ever, They dont give even a carry bag for the food. I faced this akward movement on may 14th., when i asked for the bag they are looked like i have asked for their property. Felt very depressed. Never stop by.

Very basic indian food. Asked for wadapav which took around 15-20 min. Even the person at cash counter gave us less change and had to tell him the same, this was happen to the person before us also.

Good place to find tasty south Indian food. The atmosphere also make you feel like youre in India. Sometimes, the tastes differ, and keep trying multiple times. Try pastries (Andhra style cakes )
