I eat here EVERY SATURDAY. Its obvious why their stock is $150 - $180 per share. The quality and taste of their food is excellent and consistent. I mainly get Souffles (sausage and gouda) or turkey egg and cheese on an Everything or Asiago Cheese bagel. The fresh cracked egg makes my day brighter! Restaurant is always very clean, staff is so/so when it comes to their attitudes but I will not let that keep me apart from my Panera. Also, the water from their machine is the best water ive ever tasted. Its so pure and clean tasting (weird i know) but try it. I drink CUPS of it on my visits! Oh yeah, joining their club pays off. I go in for my free bagel and drink and chill out. Some Saturdays I dont have to pay anything. Saturday mornings are extremely busy. If you want a Souffle call ahead and reserve and plan to get it to go. Seating can be limited. Sorry for the overly expressive commentary but Panera is greatness!

I went there for lunch with coworkers. The woman at the register typed our order wrong so we ended up with different food. When I complained about it they just reordered it and did not try to make up for it in any way. We had to wait again and I was unable to finish my food before lunch was over. I ordered cicken tortilla soup and she typed chicken tortellini alfredo. My coworker orderd 1/2 a sandwich and she typed a full size sandwich. The soup was not so good hot and was bitter and horrible when i tried it cold after work. I ended up throwing it away after i payed $10 for a bowl plus tax. Oh, and is a piece of bread OR chips OR apple, not bread and chips OR apple. Horrible food, horrible service, exagerated prices! I will not go to any panera again.

Ive eaten lunch here many times to give this restaurant a chance to redeem itself. However after multiple disappointments I decided to no longer visit this place. The place is too small for the location and traffic, they never have enough seats for lunchtime and they often fail to deliver the correct food to me or no food at all. I have an hour for lunch and they apparently have a difficult time making soup and salads within that time frame. And they always take additional orders without informing the patrons that they are 45 min to an hour behind on the orders they already have, thus leaving you with a wasted lunch hour and no food. I wish they could make some better changes to this place but it hasnt changed in over a year yet.

Friday, May 30, 2014. I called in a take out order and told on the phone they do not take phone orders. However, when I arrived I noticed the sign that stated "Take Orders and Catering Pickup" go figure. I ordered a take out for 3 family members, when I got home and reviewed the meal, the portion sizes were not even child size, only about 3 to 4 bites. My family and I are very disappointed, especially paying full price for these meals. We could see if the portion were 1/2 sizes, the the portion were not even that. Every time we have visited this Panera, they never have bakery items. We are very big Panera eaters in our family this is very disappointing. Will not go back. Three times strike your out!!!!!

The food is always fresh and tastes well. I just moved from Lewisville to this area and I order Panera every day for lunch. The last 6 times I have come to this location my order has been wrong or missing food. I only order for myself so to have half of my pick two order go missing, or to get an entirely different sandwich than I ordered or to get to work and have no dressing is just not okay, It is enourmously frustrating for this to consistently happen and Im going to have to look for a new regular lunch spot. Go to a different location or watch your order carefully. Ordering online vs in person does not seem to make a difference.

I used to love coming to this location until recently I noticed they hired new employees that deliver horrible service. I even saw one girl come in before her shift, change her shoes in the dining area and then head back to the kitchen with her dirty sandals in hand- I almost puked! Thought I would give it a second shot so went in again only to wait a long time for my food and then one of those girls comes and tells me they are out! Oh but they still charge me the same price for it. There used to be an amazing manager who was always around and now there is no manager on sight to even complain. Seriously never coming back!

I called this place (like I always used to) to order some food to pick up on the way to work - at which point I was told that they no longer take orders on the phone. I laughed and said Id just give my money to someone else. Then I went in (hoping the dine-in service would be better.) There are a bunch of kiosks there for you to order, take your remote and sit down and wait for someone to pop up. Folks just dont get it. You cant replace customer service with machines. Its ridiculous. I use the free wi fi and thats it. I will never spend any real money here until they go back to the old Panera.

Ive had good experiences here and bad (mostly good). I like the kiosks where you can order for yourself. Staff is OK, not great, Ive had an order messed up after ordering you pick 2 and they gave me 2 halfs of the same sandwich instead of the half sandwich and soup... If I wanted a full sandwich without soup I wouldve asked for that. She also repeated the order to me the way I ordered so I dont know where the mess up happened but it made no sense. In the end they fixed the issue, thanks to 2 other staff members, and also refunded me some money BC they had over charged. Overall I like the place.

Their wi-fi is way too slow. Most of the Panera bread locations have nice speedy solid connections. Who ever their IT guy for this location is stinks! I cant come back here which is too bad as they are finally upgrading the location (which is much needed). Maybe someday Ill be able to return, not now. Still the best location Ive found is the Richardson location (if you can find parking). Food wise this one is great, same standards Ive come to expect from the chain. Business wifi needed, a real stinker.

Lethargic employees talking on I phones no bread on the rack @ 04:30 PM - there was bread on the bakery shelves near the ovens - was told they could not sell it until tomorrow . These people are headed for trouble if this keeps up. They have let the accountants initiate some sort of just in time ordering system - real smart in this business. Millions of stock holder dollars at risk and they put morons in charge. The worst !!!!

The food is actually pretty good, Im giving a poor review because not only was the person who took my order rude, she brought the manager over who was also rude to me. I was simply trying to get clarification on a menu item and they seemed to take it personally. When the food was ready it looked rushed and sloppy. I went ahead and just got a refund, ill stick to my Panera in North Arlington from now on.
