The paneer tikka is the fakest ever very bad. Not only did the lady disagree that it was horrible she claimed that is how Punjabis make it. Very sad for punjabis considering their great cuisine and hospitality. This place has neither. The butter naans were half cooked hardly had butter when served and smelled of raw dough. Would not recommended anyone go here, its better to have Mexican food as that would at least be more authentic and edible. Absolutely horrible service and behavior by lady in charge. Went to this place due to decent rating and reviews but was proved wrong. Anyone who knows what authentic Punjabi food is would not say this place serves the same because they do not. Carpets on the floor look dirty and like havent been cleaned in ages. The owner obviously has no clue maybe because from Singapore and neither speaks Punjabi nor has any idea about real Punjabi food the way it should be cooked. I felt fleeced for food that I could not even eat and most of the stuff was left as it is on the table. Also one does not put plain roasted powdered jeera in masala soda, that is for Dahi vadas etc. For masala soda u have something called jaljeera. There is difference and any Indian used to same would know and point out the same. Felt extremely bad and disgusted. I wonder how this place had such great reviews because I felt misleaded and let down by them. A big letdown.

Worst experience of my life. Everything is out of place at this place. Worst service, worst food and even worst, the waiters have a careless attitude for the customers. I am running out of negative superlatives to describe the whole experience. Papad was served moist, not crunchy. Vegetable pakoras were bland and we had to wait for the main course for an hour. When we told them that we are waiting for our main course since an hour they gave a bullshit reason that since appetizers were unfinished on our table, they didnt serve the main course. I think they are making their own rules of hospitality. We felt as if we were lost and were at the wrong place. They are so careless that waiters will walk right past your table ignoring your whole existence at their restaurant. I had to go to the restroom to check if I were invisible or what? My one star is not a positive 1 star, its a double negative 1 star.

Wish I could give negative rating. Service is dead slow. Took 45 mins for even dal and rice to get served. Hardly any food was coming on any of the tables but the servers kept saying kitchen is busy. With what then if no food is churning out? Even people who were there before us were arguing about the same thing. Hygeine is a big question mark. The person cleaning one table started setting another one leaving the cleaning half way thru on the owners insistence and without washing hands started handling plates and cutlery. Disgusting. On confronting the owner she said the servers sanitise hands before switching but I dont see this person do it. He left his cleaning paraphernalia right there and started touching the plates. Really poor! Wouldnt go there ever again and never ever recommend this place!

I have been here many times. Love the Punjabi style of food. Most of the times we order take-out of Goat Biriyani, Malai Kofta and Naan. Quantity is generous and the biriyani in particular is delicious. I have been to eat in at the place as well. Not much of an ambiance but the food makes up for it. Well balanced buffet with enough vegetarian and non-vegeterian options. Servers are polite and eager to help you though a lack of dress code means you might not if the guy walking about is a server. Management is OK though can be stingy at times. Asking for extra onions with our takeaway resulted in a curt no. Pay with cash and you get 10% off. Parking is just about enough.

Worst service in restaurants . I ever visited I dont want to spare a single second over back here..... we ordered food and we got half ordered of ours then after few mins my backside table ( I dont know they have relations or what ) ordered something then they aene him in second and we have to wait for while for our rest of the orders ..... we cant bear it after few mins then we decide to move from there and they come up with our rest of orders we decline to accept it and told them to took it back as we didnt want to waste our time in restaurant who didnt care for us and they behave very rude ..... I didnt aspect this from them ..... I never visit them again .......

Living in this area means you have many Indian food restaurants to go to, convinced my wife and kids for Wednesday afternoon buffet - wish I had not taken them to here! regret it! The lady at restaurant, who claimed herself as the partner, treated us very rudely when we requested to be seated, we had kids, needed extra space. When I questioned, she started lying about the tables being reserved when there were no reserved signs on the tables - there is hardly any one during the weekdays especially the day that had snow storm! I walked out the door humiliated, went to another Indian restaurant, Deccan Spice round the corner, where we were treated really well.

The carpet looks like it has not been cleaned in ages, the sofas are stained. Quite dirty. Food is horrible and a disgrace to punjabi cuisine. When pointed out the owner was very ungracious and rude. Nothing of the punjabi hospitality that indians usually experience. Some of the food seemed like it was picked up frozen from the supermart and warmed. Sad the owner claimed that is how punjabis cook. Would suggest they visit punjab and learn a bit about real punjabi cuisine and its hospitality. The place is a sham in name of fine indian dining. Would not recommend anyone looking for decent authentic Indian food.

Till a few months ago the food used to be good here. However we went last week and the food was horrible. We ordered hariyali chicken and it seems like they took chicken tikka and mixed in dark green color to make it hariyali chicken. The mix veg pakora seems like were made earlier and just re-heated. Even the fresh roti/Lachha paratha did not seem like cooked fresh. We had to return 2 of the 5 dishes we ordered. I used to be a fan of this place, but will not visit again.

Ordered 3 appetizer at 9:15pm, one of them came after 20 minutes, other came at 945 and the third came at 1010 after we reminded the waiter. At that time he asked me if I want to cancle my third order or not.are you fkidding me. Biryani was served before main course. Egg bhurji had no salt no taste.one of the waiter started to vaccume the floor while we were eating.some food is good but the service is worst.one star is double negative.

We ordered food for our family get together. We had mixed grilled chicken and sauted pakodas for appitizer, paneer bhurji which is one of my favourites from this place, garlic chicken, mango kheer, papad, salad and raita. All the items were very delicious and our guests loved it. Price was resonable and the service excellent. The staff was very corteous. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very pleased.
