These guys suck! There website says one price and they tell you another. If your website says $18.99 for a large pizza and cheese bread that doesnt mean you tell the custoner it $20.99 and a med pizza with cheese bread. The staff needs to be retrained on how to handle customers and to be updated on whats on your website. "Dhhhhh I have no clue whats on are website" he said!! I promise never ever to give you my business again. I used to buy 12 to 15 pizzas twice a month and have pizza partys for my employees and now you lost that to. Thank you I wont come again!!

I used to order from here, till I got a coupon in the mail for 50% off, since I was out of town I got the coupon late, since Ive been long time customer I thought it wouldnt be a problem. When I called I asked if I could use the coupon and was told no. THANK GOD for that it made me check out another pizza place. I tried Gallactic pizza for the first time and OMG!!! Its 100x better than toppers! Thankfully the guy answering the phones at Toppers had no business background, otherwise I would stll be ordering their mediocre pizza!

I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery... when they were a half hour late I called to check on my order. At first they claimed they never received it, then they switched to, oh we tried to deliver it but we couldnt. We tried talking to a manager but it was just more excuses. My wife and I have both havr worked at pizza places and restaurants, and neither of us found their lever if customer service acceptable. We wont be giving them out business again any time soon. Absolute worst delivery pizza chain Ive encountered. I ordered a thin crust pizza. They said it was thin crust but appeared hand-tossed or regular crust; clearly not the same. They were unable to give me a path of recourse except make another pizza and deliver it but they said that was unacceptable because we had already tried a slice! Stay Away From This Place!

Even though I live 2.1 miles away from the restaurant and merely 1 block out of their "radius," because I lived in a "bad neighborhood," there was no possible way that I could be delivered to (despite the fact they would deliver to a location 2.4 miles in the other direction). Such a shame that they lost my business.

Never on time I ordered from here 3 times and they cancelled the order. This last time it was an hour late after I gave them 3 hours advance notice. I love the pizza but the delivery is too slow and I always end up getting either no dinner or cold pizza for the ride home after work

No no no. Didnt taste good when it was delivered and didnt taste good when it was reheated the next morning. Chicken side was dry. I think they called it boneless chicken wings. Anyway, its still sitting in my fridge and no one is eating it...

Best ever! Never order from anywhere else! When our pizza comes, its so hot that we have to wait a few minutes to cool down! They say 30-40 minutes and I have never had to wait 40 mins.. Cool delivery guys - really nice!!

Amazingly delicious pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni was perfectly thin and crispy. And the best part of this place is that you can get takeout and take it to LynLake Brewery next down to enjoy with a pint!
