I drink regular coffee 90% of the time. The coffee tastes like any other Starbucks. Looks like they just updated the furniture inside. The parking is weird...but okay. Easy to get to off the interstate. Comparable to Caribou coffee 1 mile away. The interior is probably nicer at Starbucks but not as spacious. This is as good as you can get on this side of town. No small coffee shops nearby. The people seem to be above average.

Pretty disappointed when I wait in the drive-thru line for Cold Brew coffee and then I am told that the Cold Brew is not ready. With a busy store like the one in Onalaska, you would think they would always have it ready with it being a popular drink like Cold Brew. Kwik Trip always has theirs ready to go.

I waited 15 minutes for a iced drink and people that were 5 behind me got their drinks faster. I had to ask for it so someone could make it, and now that it was made it taste like crap. I understand being busy but get your communication straight, and at least make a decent drink if I have to wait that long.

As always the food and drink is consistent. I sat inside for about 30 minutes and the team complained about the work they had to do, and used profanity about guests and being busy! I was sitting less than 10 feet from them - horrible!

Really nice and courteous employees that work there. They always make sure your coffee is made just like you like it. The only downside I would say is its the only Starbucks around.( within 100 miles)

Its a good Starbucks, with employees that care. It can get pretty busy, especially on week nights and early mornings before work. Avoid the drive thru in the morning, the line gets really long.

The Starbucks is good but the drive thru situation is awful. The parking lot is a zoo and people get trapped all the time due to the line for Starbucks weaving through the parking area.
