Deplorable restaurant at best.. Worst experience of any wing stop location. Of the hand full of times I have tried this location, the fires never come out quite like the other restaurants &neither do the lemon pepper wings. The crew members always speak heavy Ebonics and never understand your order correctly the first time. Today, I called this establishment while cleaning my office to leave for the night, and was put on hold. I finished my daily duties, closed my office, and made the minute drive to wing stop, all the while on hold. This took a total of twelve minutes. When inside, the cashier tried to delicate blame of forgetting my phone line onto her co-worker, for "not being reminded of the other line".... They had forgotten about my call. My order could have been ready, if not almost ready by the time I got here, had they taken my order. I found this to be highly inconvenient, inconsiderate, and irritating. Followed by the fact that they refused me a ten wing combo, with a five wing add on, all flats. Apparently they didnt have enough to give that many flats to one customer, as per the chef. No other location has EVER had an issue filling this orderly flawlessly for me, and I visit wing stop once a week; with no less than applaudable customer service, mind you. Seems to me, this cashier is more concerned with talking to her co-workers in Spanish than pleasing the customers. Doesnt she know, the customer comes first? I definitely should have been offered some degree of a discount, freebie, or if NOTHING more, an apology for the lousey guest service and experience.. Sincerely, a horribly dissatisfied customer. Try harder next time.

I ordered 40 wings that were bbq, hot, lemon pepper, and mild. I go to pick up my order because a friend drove us there. These wings were for a class mind you. When we get back to our destination we come to find that the wings are 40 original with no sauces. I called they bring them back because they messed up but I had no way back. I was told by a Shift manager since I cant bring back all of the wings they would give me 20 free next time I order. This was reasonable. I went back in a week later to redeem my wings and order more BUT the General manager told me that I had to bring back all of the wings to get my 20 wings free. I said I was NOT told this and even so why would I only get 20! She argued me down about a note written in different hand writing with a different pen that it says it "right here" underneath your first completely different note that says I can get my wings. She was telling me that is the rule because they need to inspect them even though the other party who recieved my wings informed them they messed up already. IF YOU ARE A HUMAN BEING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS AN EVEN BIGGER A-HOLE than the rude employees. How are you going to mess up and order then tell them they will be given wings but never fulfill it. Dont go here Save yourself some time.

RUDENESS!!!!!!!!! I Called just to get a price wings for a pickup. A lady answered, I asked for the price & was told "$8 & SOME CHANGE"! I asked if the change was tax? & the young lady became rude saying she doesnt know until sge rings it up & cutting me off asking if I want to order or not. Another girl got on the line (without me even knowing) claiming to be a mgr. & was also rude. Still saying the cost of an order is $8 & "SOME CHANGE" We are the customers paying our hard earned money to help YOUR business/place of employment. When someone looking to spend money ask a simple question for a price on your dish you shouldnt have employees working there who cant answer a simple question. I mean really dont they have a price list & menus?! We were going to order but just from the phone call decided to take our money elsewhere with better service & were completely satisfied I will NEVER step foot in this place because if their rude just on the phone how are they in person.!!!!!!!

Food is good at times I always have to tell the cook to make sure he hold the oil or your wing will be swimming in oil the service is trouble I work in Palm Aire in Pompano Beach and this location is about 3 miles from my job I love to call in my order well this night one of the workers answered the phone and said Wingstop please hold and I was holding and holding and holding until I got to Wingstop 15 minutes away went inside and said to one of the workers hey I'm still on hold his response was sorry we are busy with a I don't care look on his face I ask to speak to a manager no one answered me so he said well I can push your ticket up but he ever got the manager for me if there is a manager reading this comment have a little meeting the worker on good customer service and I didn't get a name because no one had on name tags....

I am highly upset with this location! My boyfriend and I order from them frequently. Last time I ordered they got my order completly wrong! Soda was flat and sauces were wrong. They fried the chicken so hard we had to throw them out. When I called back to complain the girl was very nice and told me She would put in the credit for me. When I called them the next day they had to nerve to tell me my credit was not in there and there is nothing I can do since I dont have the wings. Then he told me the girl I spoke too was new and didnt know what she doing as if that is my problem!!! Wasted my freaking money on the most nastiest wings and couldnt even get my credit. Will NOT order from them again!!!

This place has gone down hill. I order my food online says it will be ready at 10:02 I get there at 10:05 with no one in the store. Manager is training another manager about new hires. Which is fine but they should have stopped when customers are in store. Guy who took my money said it will be few minutes. I finally received my food at 10:30. Get home and fries taste like they were fried in old dirty oil and are burnt. Lemon Pepper wings were terrible and mild wings were just as bad. The best thing about my meal was the strawberry soda. I will never go back to Wing stop in Margate. And I would not recommend anyone to eat there.

My husband and I have been ordering from Wingstop for years . However , we stop ordering from them because one of their employee gave my husband counterfeit money . My husband give the cashier $100 and she gave him 3 $20s 1$10 and couple of ones . One twenty was real and the other two were fake . He called the police and reported the store of giving consumer counterfeit money . I contacted the corporation and they refuse to give us back our $40.00 . DO NOT ORDER food from Wingstop . At least give us store credit , they said No . According to the Manager they fired the cashier who gave my husband the counterfiet money .
