This was my first visit and I had a steak sandwich. The steak sandwiches are very good. The owner has a good size menu as well, BUT I would never go back because the owner is very very rude and has no people skills whatsoever!! I strongly feel that good food and good service go hand in hand. So for ME when the service sucks and the people are rude, especially the owner, that will definitely keep me from going back and giving my hard earned money to an a-hole like that.

Bad service bad customer service, every time I ask for a lightly toasted bun its burnt. Also the customer service is very very poor when i call to make a order the owner the father is very rude .. he gives poor customer service nd trying to make it a poor business .. I will love to keep going to kosmos only if the OWNER THE FATHER let his sons and the ladys do the work cause hes obviously not cut out for this job

I came in from out of town craving a burger. Nothing fancy and was disappointed by A&W down the street. This place came up on google maps. I was so satisfied with the burger, i was suprised. It was so delicious and it was extremely cheap. I will definitely hit this place for a full meal before i leave.

I live in the neighborhood my whole life, it is honestly not what it use to be. Still quite delicious, although the owners may come off as rude, once you get to know them they ARE friendly. I am a regular and always will be.... But i do recommend Flips out east. Modern dat tasty burgers lol

ehh there ok ...not pecial ..tell them no salt for heart problems and every thing they dump on ur burger is loaded with salt ..its like give me ur money shut up go eat ur food we dont care ....decent burger ive had better try 5 guys
