The ONLY reason I am leaving a star is because it makes me able to leave a review. First off let me start by saying that if you walk into a restaurant and your shoes stick to the floor while walking, walk out. That should have been our first sign. We sat down at a booth next to the kitchen. Wow. That is the only word I have to describe what I saw. Eggs shells, food, dirty rags, things dripping into buckets that were then dripping onto the floor and BUGS! Im fully aware that there isnt going to be a bug free environment anywhere. And our son really wanted a waffle. So we decided to not eat, order his waffle and go somewhere else for ourselves. But, my husband ordered a coffee in which the cup came so dirty I couldnt understand why. He told the waitress about his cup and that his spoon had chunks of food still left on it. She then brought another cup of coffee. One would think that if a customer has a complaint you would make sure it doesnt happen again. Not here. She brought him another cup of coffee with lipstick lips all in the rim. We got up and paid for the coffee and juice we had received and walked out. I have no clue how they are open! I really dont. Especially after reading the same reviews I am giving by many many people. That place needs to be torn down and re built. There is no way to fix all the issues that place has by keeping it open. Absolutely disgusting. Do not bring your children here. They will get sick. You will get sick.

I walked in to this Waffle House, and said hello to the waiter 3 times before he responded. The entire staff was impolite and unresponsive. After placing my order, for the next 15 minutes I received 1 article of food at a time, until they had given me all my food I had ordered, and they even gave me items I did not order, and left out items I did order. I found 3 separate hairs in my food and was so disgusted with the service and product I could not even voice a complaint. I left with such a sour distaste in my mouth that I could not maintain concentration on driving home. The overall experience was the worst Ive ever had, and will never again return to this Waffle House.

The place was disgusting from the floor to the bathroom. Sat down at our table and it was not wiped down, then the gave us our silverware and it looked like someone just ate off of them with food still stuck to the spoon, then I asked for a cup of coffee and they brought it to me in a dirty cup with eggs splattered on it then I asked for a new coffee and they brought it to me in another dirty cup with lipstick on it. Horrible place to eat if you can make it that far Felt like I was going to catch a disease as soon as I sat down.

I want to raise my review. Because we love this place...however, they dont answer the phone for call in orders, the place is always dirty, people stand around waiting on to go orders or sitting in places where people that want to stay here to eat cant because people that arent going to stay are sitting...yall need to rethink this policy. You are losing business because of the no call ins on weekends.

I have been here 3 times, I have seen a cop in uniform with no issues as others state. Also, recently they have done away with the smoking section. If your gun is concealed, how should anyone know that you are carrying? The food has always been good, and the employees pleasant when I have been.

Drink machines didnt work. Waited at the door to be seated for 5 minutes while they looked at us. As soon as we finally got sat they asked us to order twice.didnt even ask for us our drinks. When I ordered an OJ there was black stuff floating in it

The manager just asked a police officer to leave and never come back to the restaurant as he was not welcomed. His offense, wearing his uniform while working. No more future business with this restaurant. I am disgusted by this managers behavior.

Ive never received bad service until this location. The server ignored us and we had to keep getting her attention and reminding her our order was still not complete. I need to add that this was about 2am and there was only one other table there.

The idiotic manager wants to kick out a DPS Trooper, and yell across as if he has no sense. And the fact that the 2nd ammendment to bear arms in TEXAS where we carry long rifles and Lisenced pistols isnt allowed. This place needs a reckoning.

Meh. You know what Waffle House is all about. If you dont mind cheap food product, then its decent. Got the All-Star last time I was there and the waffle was as hard as a frisbee.

Whats not to love about Waffle House? The staff was very friendly (almost too...) and the pecan waffles were to LIVE for... gosh. I wish we had one at home.
