Is it (Prince Lebanese) Grill, or (Prince) Lebanese Grill? PLG is proud of their feature on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, offering handy little icons next to the menu items that were featured on the show. I intended to order the Prince Lebanese Special, but due to a miscommunication, received the "Bank Special" - the Schwarma plate. It worked out just fine, though - with tender bits of beef, tomatoes, and onions stir-fried and served over a bunch of rice. It was simple, but extraordinarily tasty. Adding in the cucumber sauce and hummus only made it better. Lebanese food is not something I get to try very often, so Im glad that Prince Lebanese is there to fill a niche which many Texans consider unnecessary. My only complaint is that Wikipedias page on Lebanese cuisine is riddled with interesting-sounding dishes from the region, and the menu offerings at Prince Lebanese are not that different from what you might find at a standard Greek place. I would have liked to have something a little more foreign from which to explore. Not that theres anything wrong with what is being served.

Ive never eaten Lebanese food before so I can honestly say I have nothing to compare this experience to. I loved everything about it though! I enjoyed the fact it used to be a drive in. The wait staff are very friendly, very prompt, and very likeable. As was the owner. He came to check on me himself more than once and chatted with me as I was by myself. I got a small gyro platter, or rather just two sides to make sure it was small. The meat was AMAZING to me. It was a lamb and beef mixture and although Ive never had lamb I could pick out the flavors of the meat easily. And was surprised to enjoy it so much since everyone always said its an acquired taste. (The owner said people that believe that have just never had lamb cooked right! Haha!) I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. It was fantastic all around.

Absolutely the BEST Lebanese food I have ever had, and my favorite place to eat. The lamb chops melt in your mouth, the fresh, smoky baba ganoush is so good it will make you cry, no ones hummus can hold a candle to The Princes, and no one makes shawarma and gyro like they do. I LOVE the cornichons and tzatziki. Kebobs, falafel, borma, baklava, coffee - all of it - really couldnt be better. To top it all off, the owners and staff are warm, welcoming, and lovely people! AND you wont believe how affordable it is. If they charged twice as much, Id happily pay it. What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood and the DFW food scene The Prince Grill has been! Dont ever change and dont ever go away!!!! Love you all and your food!

I only have been here once, so it could have been just a bad luck... building looks like old sonic, and little dirty but thats fine since food is what really matters; you dont go to restaurants to look at decorations. I ordered some food that comes with either beef or lamb, it sounded like sh-something. For $14, it was BAD. I wondered what Gordon Ramsey would have done if he tasted this food; probably spat it out, I guarantee; very hard-to-chew meat, no flavor, portion for meat was small, all they give you was plenty of salty rice and I was utterly disappointed since I love foods of other culture, but this was really bad. I am willing to give one more try though someday, ordering something more ordinary I guess.

Everything was ok. I loved the atmosphere, our server was very friendly, the place was clean and the food was ok. There seemed to lack something, however. The hummus was ok and I always feel like if a Mediterranean restaurant cant nail hummus, it is downhill from there. At Prince Lebanese, although it wasnt downhill, it also never really impressed me. The tea was prepared with cinnamon which was a nice and pleasant surprise. The babaganush was very tasty. The shwarma was bland and the falafel was ordinary. I felt like I needed to add something to it for the taste to pop. Although I wont be returning, I would suggest it to friends along with other restaurants for those people looking for an experience.

The building looks like it was an old Sonic. Nonetheless, theres lots of parking and the inside is quite functional. However, the food was decent but I; being Lebanese, am able to be more objective in my critique. We ordered the Mezza plate and the falafel plate. The Mezza comes with dolma, hummus, baba ghanouj and tabouleh. The hummus was good, the baba ghanouj was made from canned eggplants, the dolma is also from a canned product. The tabouleh was merely made of 95% Parsley, very little onions and tomatoes and some burgul. It was by far the worst tabouleh Ive ever had. As for the falafel, it was okay but it really needs to be served with pickled cucumbers and turnips. It was served with tahini sauce only.

Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and I was in the neighborhood so decided to try it out. It was packed for lunch on a Monday but was seated immediately. I ordered the gyro plate which came with rice and hummus. The server asked if I wanted it "spicy". Spicy gyro??? I thought Id try it out. My mistake. It was coated in something similar to Franks Hot Sauce. I definitely prefer the traditional gyro meat. The hummus had extra tahini flavor. The rice was tasty. The portion was big and took some home for leftovers. 4 Stars if not for the "spicy" gyro. Wouldnt drive out of the way to eat there, but would recommend for people to try it out especially if you are near Cowboys (AT&T) Stadium.

Good simple food. Prince Lebanese Grill has a simple menu which shows they are more interested in doing what they do best instead of trying to impress customers with with a bewildering array of choices. And they do things very well indeed. Their freshly made baba ganoush and hummus is outstanding and worth the visit all by themselves. The rest of the food is fresh, well executed and very representative of the region it comes from. On the downside, the menu is slightly overpriced considering the use of Rice A Roni as the accompanying side dish. That being said, do yourself a favor and head over to this family owned restaurant for a true taste of Lebanese cuisine.

I think Food Network & Guy Fierri have definitely gotten this place some good publicity, but if youve eaten at any of the more-famous Middle Eastern locations in Fort Worth (King Tut, Hadaris, Byblos) or Dallas (Afrah, Dunes, etc.), you will probably find this to be just average. That being said, its better than any other middle-eastern restaurant in Arlington. The mazza plate and falafel were pretty good. The restaurant itself is a renovated Sonic Drive-In and looks every bit of it; very cramped and linear inside. Overall, this place should probably get 3.5 stars and is not bad by any stretch of the imagination.

Well, I dont know why all the reviews say tht this place is good because if you have ever had real Mediterranean or Lebanese food this place is at the bottom of the food chain... First of all I ordered the lunch beef/lamb Shawarma and a gyro sandwich with hummas.. The umm as is over priced with cold naan, the plate came on a bed of rice and a tiny corner of the plate was Thier supposedly Greek salad with was composed of 1 half tomato some cheese and lettuce, no dressing.. The sandwich was tiny and flooded with the cucumber sauce.. I suggest you go to and andloues or afrah if you want great food...
