Worse BWs in the country! We have given this place several chances and they never fail to disappoint. We generally go to Columbus to eat on Friday nights, but I really love playing trivia games. Again tonight (2/8) visits now, their internet was "down". It even interfered with my personal tablet. Thought to bring it due to past experiences. This time, I personally asked the manager to fix our machine and he said he would, then proceeded to watch the ball game behind us for 25 minutes. Great place to start a restaurant! The wait staff and food we good. Too bad the same couldnt be said about management and electronical devices. Come on BW"s, youre great in Columbus, stop dropping the ball here!!!!

The first and last time Im going to this BWW. Me and my girlfriend waited for almost a half hour just for some wings and fries, when it was one in the afternoon and no one was there. Our food wasnt even hot when it finally came. My wings were sour and disgusting. I got sick right after eating two wings and couldnt finish the rest of them. thought I was going to throw up while I was there, and my girlfriend felt sick after we left.

Very poorly managed, place has gone downhill ever since the new location was opend. Losing servers who have always provided me with execellent service to other jobs because the management is so terrible. Its a shame to see them go because it was the only reason Id still consider going into the new location. Now, its simply not worth my time.

I came in 20 minutes til 12 and 3 servers just looked at us after 5 minutes of waiting a sever come up and asked if we wanted food I said yes so we sat our self soon as we seated our self our sever asked if we knew what we wanted and let us know they closed at 12 just fill that was pretty rude just saying make sure u dont go in after 1130

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. First wont give me a child seat for my son saying its a fire hazard... then the food takes forever to come out then its cold but has stickers saying "caution hot". Not ONE single napkin until I finally got the servers attention from the table next us. NEVER WILL VISTA HERE AGAIN

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, I went there on my lunch break on 02/11/16 at 12:30pm to pickup an order, I got a 10 piece boneless and an order of fries. And they were the worst wings Id ever had there. It was terrible. It was 10 little crunchy pieces of breading, very disappointed, at least the fries were good.

My husband and I used to eat here quite regularly, but our last two experiences have been terrible to say the very least. The wait staff is less than attentive, management is non existent and ineffective, and the food is disgusting. Soggy, fatty wings, cold food, poor drinks. Wont ever be back.

The service was good, the food was good, but the litter all over the floor during our dinner was like a ticker tape parade. Paper straw wrappers, dirty napkins, wet wipe wrappers, and food was everywhere. You know what they say, "a little less leaning, and a little more cleaning".

Most of the time the service is pretty good as is the food. Have experienced a few problems over the years with orders and the staff not accepting passports as identification for alcohol. Overall a pretty good place but nothing to get too excited about

We sat on the patio, were ignored by our waitress for 15 minutes. Who proceeded to wait on people who came in after us. We got up and left, went to Roosters and were taken care of right away. This was not the first time this has happened either.

We sat outside on a Saturday around 4oclock. The place had very few customers. Our drinks went dry without notice. Only saw our "waitress" to order and get our bill. Food was as to be expected. Nothing fabulous but wasnt bad either.

Went on a Sunday, and it wasnt as busy as i thought it would be since it the NFL was on. Food was delicious and looked awsome. They even had TV at the urinal so you can watch the game.

Food is usually good. Good beer selection. Its loud even when empty because the volume on the TVs is too high. Building has weird acoustics that make it hard to hear.
