Id give no stars if I could. It took 50 minutes to get an order of poutine and a burrito at midnight on a Sunday, when we were the only people in the place. We sat in front of the register, at a table waiting. No one else in the place at all. Just because the guy working the register forgot we ordered, even though we were still sitting there. After 45 minutes passed I waited at the register to speak to someone and the guy cooking finally came up so I could ask about the food. The guy making the food had to go to the register to speak with me because his coworker was in the back. The guy cooking literally said to the other worker, who was supposed to be at the register, "this didnt go out yet its been here for over a half hour." Instead of giving us our food, the worker forgot we ordered, and decided to make out with his girl friend. The guy brifefly stopped kissing his girlfriend to say "relax Ill get it to you." He then went back to kissing his girlfriend for an additional 5 minutes before closing the boxes, even though the food was already boxed! He literally just had to close it, and hand it to us! Some of the worst service Ive ever received. The poutine didnt even have cheese curd on it. The food was cold, but the worst part was the fries and burrito were soggy. The burrito was so soggy the wrapper literally stuck to it and wouldnt come off, and the fries were just sitting in a cold puddle of gravy. We didnt even eat it, it was gross. We had to go out and get food again.... We chose to eat microwave hot pockets instead, thats how gross it was. Waste of $27, and a hour of our lives.

I recently discovered this place on a night out with my guys. I had never heard of Luna but they all had and they said I didnt know what I was missing. I ordered a burger and it blew my mind! The burger and fries were amazing! However, when I told my wife about the place I did wonder if I only had that viewpoint because of the pints consumed at Lot 10 before, during and after. So we had to go back so I could try it again. Again, it was amazing. I have been here 4 times now (Im writing this from the table with sticky burger thumbs) and every time the burger is PERFECT! It is by far the best burger I have ever had (being a fat guy, I have had them all over the world). We have also tried the Gouda Mac and Cheese, duck fat fries, and all of their tacos. Everything, every time, is delicious and fast. IF YOU LIKE FOOD YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY LUNA!

Went to Cayuga lake with my girlfriend and wanted to grab food, menu looked more than nice online. So why not? Place was very decorative, menu was a nice sight, and seemed like a nice low key spot. Ordered our food and sat to wait, 5 people came in, ordered , and all of them got theres before we did. After 40 minutes, we had enough. Asked about our food, they didnt even realize our order. Our ticket was on the table and was never touched for 40 minutes. After they realized, it took another 20 minutes or so till we got our food. Everything we ordered was gross, the bao was plain, the tacos were stale, and the pizza was burnt and hard. I dont know if we just came on a bad day, but Ive never tasted food so bad. Probably a good night bar but food was awful, but then again. When your drunk, food is food I guess.

This place has wonderful customer service. I order food from here through ithaca to go and received a call stating my order would take thirty mins longer than I had wanted. I was on a time limit because I had to be at work, but was willing to wait the extra time. I had only ordered a half Mac and cheese and a half order of boneless wings. When the driver arrived to the hotel, Lunas was kind enough to have given me a full order of Mac and cheese, full order of boneless wings, and some dessert. This was the first time I have order from here. The food was wonderful. I will definitely be ordering again.

Ive always had good experiences ordering from here. However, what puts Luna above is their excellent customer service. Recently ordered the pizza and wings for my family through Grubhub, when cold pizza and fewer than 10 wings came in, they were quick to ameliorate the problem and gave us a refund along with more wings and pizza. Will order from here again. Oh, did I mention that the food is delicious! Ive tried an array of different sandwiches and now the pizza and wings and the consensus from the family is that they make great food.

My friend and I ordered buffalo wings and two tacos, respectively. Delivery took about an hour and a half. While we were waiting, I called, and the lady said the food was "on its way." After waiting for some time, I called again, and no one picked up. The food itself was quite good, but I was expecting bigger tacos at $5.50 apiece. They also gave me two fish tacos, instead of one fish and one chorizo, like I ordered. I might check out the actual restaurant sometime, but definitely not ordering again.

Ive been waiting on my food delivery for over over an hour and a half; I tried reaching them for 30 minutes, but no answer -- one time, actually, someone answered but didnt say anything (but I heard voices) and they left and all I could hear was party music. I had to call Grubhub and sit on hold for another ten minutes to get my money back. Grubhub even tried calling, and still no answer. I have had their food before and its fine -- it got here cold, though. But today it didnt come at all.

Been there numerous times this year with mixed results. The quesadillas, pizza, Mac and cheese and tacos were bland and overpriced, but the burger was the best one Ive ever eaten (cooked to perfection and so flavorful) and the flatbread was incredible even when prepared for a vegan. Just make sure to get here early enough to avoid the oh so ridiculous college kids (who look way too young to be legal) climbing on the bar to get body shots while you try to eat.

I really want to love the food here; however, its Achilles heel is that is been very, VERY slow each time Ive gone here. For example, I recently waited 50 minutes for six tacos and fries. I dont know if its worth it to come without ordering way ahead of time... which is a shame, because the food sounds great. Again, though, half the time Ive visited here my food has been missing ingredients or undercooked (e.g., raw onions instead of cooked).

The food wasnt even ready when I arrived; however I was 5 mins early. When they gave me the bag I took it out to the car and my boyfriend started to eat.... it was all room temperature. The fries, fried cheese curds and wings were hardly even luke warm. For a first timer, I was really disappointed... in the price for quality, and the portions were small for the price. Unfortunately would NOT go back.
