I used to work at muscat and I can honestly say that theyre very organized, VERY CLEAN, and that their food is very fresh. The service there is somewhat delayed at times but the waiters definitely make an honest effort to do their best to be at your beck and call. They always serve water and bread and aioli as soon as you sit down. Its a must and I love that because the last thing you want is to sit there waiting for the waiter with nothing to do. Besides their bread is made on premises and its delicious. The food isnt anything out if the norm but its always fresh and tasty. Their managers do a really good job in ensuring that every plate comes out looking the way it should and that portions are kept upto par. Theyre not cheap with their portions at all and their salads are all delicious. Their speciality are their Oregannatos. These salads are really the only thing on the menu that is say is out of the norm and delicious. All the Oregannatos taste great and the hot sweet potatoes, asparagus, or bell peppers are the perfect contrast to a room temperature salad and it works very well together. Its also really healthy and chopped small which I love. Their smoothies are amazing. They make the best smoothies. Also, they do a flood job in upholding that Israeli morning atmosphere when you go there for brunch or breakfast. Their morning specials are filling and worth the price for sure. Moreover, I just feel good knowing my eggs are coming out of a clean kitchen. I dont eat eggs in places I dont trust and this place I know is clean to the T. No questions asked. Muscat is a great dairy restaurant and Id most certainly recommend it.

- good nachos and salsa! - $20 bottomless quesadillas & margaritas (according to my statistics, it seems they serve 1 margarita and a plate of quesadillas per hour per person) - it was warm inside (I am reviewing this at the end of November) Cons: - slow service (I was there on a Tuesday night, cant imagine how slow it must be on other days) - sleazy and sneaky practices - they charged me regular price for both margaritas ($11 ea) even though I ordered one of them during the happy hour, I was too tipsy to argue about it. - "spicy mexican fries" are just regular fries sprinkled with ground cayenne pepper and a teaspoon of cheddar Ill be definitely going back! Not.

Stopped for lunch after picking up my daughter from St Johns - first impression was a warm greeting, seated right away, menus and specials brought over immediately. The fresh squeezed juice was really good, my daughter got the Greek morning, I got the Israeli salad. The falafel was amazing! Best Ive had anywhere. The bread and aioli was delicious Nice crowd- Im not Jewish but we felt completely at ease and welcomed. Next time Ill try the shakshouka- My one tiny critique- the sliced olives seemed canned- Im spoiled with fancy olive bars.

Even though I had reservations, I had to wait to 20 minutes to get to my table and I had to wait on line (what was the point of making a reservation?). Also, I had ordered a platter of sushi with tuna, but they brought me raw tuna, which I am grossed out of. Nobody on my table would touch the raw sushi, so when I told the manager and politely asked if I could exchange it for a vegetable roll, she told me I would be charged for it. Are you kidding me?

Nice rustic atmosphere. Prices are decent and not expensive. You usually get friendly service that are ready to accomodate you and make you comfortable. The food is pretty good (regular kosher dairy restaurant menu - pasta, soup, fish, sushi, etc) We go here all the time because of the price and were always happy that we went.

Would give it zero if I could!!! Got food poisoning from the fish!! My friend got a cold meal and said that it tasted soon bad that she almost vomited just from how gross it was. Everything is also really overpriced for no reason. Never coming back here and would recommend everyone I know not to come here 2.

I ordered a branzino and it arrived stuffed with pickled lemons. The waited would not fillet the fish, but that may be due to his unfamiliararity with the dish. The fish was not fresh and the flesh was firm only in a few spots- 75% was mushy. I think that complex fish dishes are not their forte

Came here on mothers day. Too many people. Few waiters. Took a long time to order and longer to get food. Tryed to cancel a order. Manager refused to cancel a order. Never coming back this place again.

I am visiting family and I have already been to Cafe Muscat twice. I am a big sushi fan and I really enjoyed it here, had it both times. This will be on my list of places to eat at once I get back.
